Part III
"Moan for me baby." He commands his voice rough, his swollen lips moving along my neck.
I couldn't stop him though I wanted to but this is just a dream right? No real harm so I give in and moan loudly.
I sat up against the blue walls of an unfamiliar bedroom my eyes stayin gon the brunette sucking on my neck making me wonder who he is. I had no idea, I've never seen him before. Could it be a sign?
No it couldn't be... I love...wait was I about to say it? I've only known Lachlan for like a month or something. We didn't talk over autumn much.
All of the sudden the door swings open and a familiar blondie steps into the room blistering mad. A smile creeps onto my lips at his arrival and he starts yelling at the brunette.
I couldn't tell what they were saying, but Lachlan was seering mad.
After a second his face changes from anger to pain. Why did he look so sad? His facial expression changes back to his lips being a straight line and then he looks at me and smiles picking me up carrying me in his arms.
The feeling of his lifting me off the ground excited me yet frightened me because the last time this happened, I was three and it was my dad. We leave the house and he sets me down in my car. Immediately the luring sleep makes me yawn and start sleeping.
It felt so much like a dream, but the realism of it says it can't be.
I woke up with a blistering headache. Slowly, I get up groaning in pain trying to recover my memories of last night. Damn. What the hell happened last night? The last thing I remember is eating a brownie at Vikk's party..... oh wait.
Damn it they were pot brownies. I only know that because of The Perks of Being a Wall Flower, but still I can't believe that happened. I rub my stiff neck muscles feeling a small pain when I cross a certain spot. Quickly (but still in pain) I get up and look at the deep purple bruise on my neck rubbing it slightly. It hurt but not much. What really pondered my mind was who made it? I don't remember anyone. I check my phone seeing dozens of texts from Granny, Lachlan, and some weird number I don't recognize.
Wait, Lachlan's back. Yes! Holy crap. Did he give me the hickey? He couldn't of.... right? I dash to text him asking what happened last night and walk downstairs. "Here." Granny smiles handing me a small bag of candy and a cupcake. Red velvet, my favorite. "Lachlan dropped these off this morning." She smiles. I thank her and take a bite of the the creamy cupcake my stomach overwhelmed with joy by the sweet, sweet cake and butter cream frosting.
My phone buzzes in my pocket and I quickly answer it hearing Lachlan's voice on the other end. "Hey um I at the coffee shop if you want to meet up. You knewI since I haven't really technically talked to you." He voice was uneven but I agree to go meet him.
I change and brush my teeth before saying goodbye to Granny and walking out the door.
The café was a small family owned business that wasn't big but was very nice and quaint. It was a great place to just stop and relax.
The small bell rang when I opened the door and I looked around seeing Lachlan sitting in a booth. I walk over a smile creeping on my face slowly when someone stops me. I whip around to the hand that grabbed my wrist seeing the same brunette from the dream. His cocoa brown eyes matched his hair color and his smirk was unbelievably sexy.
Oh God. "Hey Alex." He flashes a cocky smile making me just to dash to Lachlan. I felt a sense of security around Lachlan. Maybe because he's not very disciplined or maybe because he's taller than most giraffes the world may never know but I wanted to be next to him at this time.
"H- hey." My mind wanders to remember his name but unfortunately I end with nothing. "I'm sorry but I forgot your name." I explain trying to sound as least rude as possible.
"It's Mitchell, but you can call me *daddy* Mitch." (The *s mean that I thought that when writing and it's not technically part of the book I do this a lot 😂.)
"Oh okay. Well um it was nice seeing you, Mitch. But I'm here to meet a friend." I give a fake sincere smile and walk away as fast, but as modestly, as possible.
