"Is everyone okay?"

"Where's Nyx?! I can't find Nyx!!

"The kid..."

"My arm!! There's something on it, I can't feel my arm!"

"We have to go! We can come back for her!"

"Please don't leave me...again."

~1 hour earlier~

"I finally made Nyx Solus confess her love to me."

Nyx laughed, "I'll take it back if you don't shut up."

"Can you just say it one more time?" Bucky smirked.

"I love you...I love you...I love you..." Nyx said in between kissing him on the lips.

"I like this side of you."

Nyx raised a brow, "What side?"

"This- you being happy."

"This is so cheesy, but you made me happy."

"You're right that was cheesy."

Nyx laughed and pulled him into another kiss. She wrapped her arms around his neck and he wrapped his around her waist.

"I hate to ruin this, but it's really cold. Can we go back?"

"Yeah, it's freezing. Come on."

They both unwrapped their arms from each other and started walking back to the compound. Nyx wrapped her left arm around his mid, as he put his right arm over her.

"I'm loving this suit by the way. I wonder what you'll look like without it." Nyx said as Bucky laughed.

"Oh now you want to talk like that."

"What? Birthday sex."

"I hate you."

"No, you love me." Nyx said as she leaned more into his side.

"So, I was thinking..." Nyx trailed off.

"What's up?"

"I have this big house to myself, and I was wondering if you wanted to stay with me? Like move in with all your stuff and like-"

"Yes. I'd love to." Bucky said cutting her off, knowing she could ramble on all day.

"Perfect."

They reached the compound and began to head back to the party room. Nyx felt something in her stomach, like a bad feeling. She felt like something was going to happen, she just couldn't put her finger on it.

"I have a bad feeling, Buck." She whispered.

"I'm sure it's nothing."

"You're probably right." Bucky leaned in and kissed her on her forehead.

Nyx made her way over and sat next to Peter.

"Hey kid."

"Hi Nyx."
