You'd never seen it coming, but here it was, happening before your eyes. You had noticed early one morning that your son, Gale, had one blue eye with the symbol of the Goddess Race shining therein. You gasped silently as memories from times long since warped came to mind, causing you to double over and whimper in agony, clutching your head as you waited out the pain. You now remembered the countless times you snuck away to see Mael, when the two of you shared shy kisses while no one else was around, and when the two of you would hold each other until you were both calm and relaxed. After a long while, you reopened your eyes and struggled to fully stand. When Estarossa, no, Mael, had left you and Gale, he told you both to stay on the surface in a cottage he managed to clear out, ridding the place of its humans. Luckily enough, you knew where to go now, and quickly packed whatever you could before leaving the house and taking off to get to Liones.

You were asleep in one of the hospital beds in the medical wing after thanking the nurses and druids who were working there. After a while, you felt a hand gently caress your cheek, before you felt a pair of lips pressed up against your own as you started to open your eyes. Tears started rolling down your cheeks as you held your son closer to your chest, hoping Mael wasn't angry at you. "I-" you were interrupted by the platinum haired male wrapping his arms around you and Gale, holding the two of you close as he buried his face in your neck and sighed softly. You sighed shakily before the Archangel pulled away slightly to see his and your son. He picked up the now two year old and held him close to his chest, smiling down at him as he peppered his son's forehead with soft kisses, careful not to wake him, as he was asleep. You shook silently with quiet sobs as the platinum haired male gently picked you up and held you in his arms, setting you down on his lap after he got into the bed. You leaned into his warmth as he continued to hold you close. You cupped his face in your hands before you pressed your forehead against his. "I missed you so much." you whispered, causing him to nod softly before he spoke. "I'm sorry that I had to leave in the first place." he said, carding his fingers through your soft hair. At this point, the nurses had left, but the patients in the medical wing were still there. You decided to go with Mael when he said that he would be going to the Boar Hat to spend time with the others.

You held Gale in your lap as Margaret and Gilthunder fawned over him. He was slightly energetic thanks to having had a nap earlier. You looked over at your husband, who was absolutely wasted, and then looked at Gowther before asking him to help you get Mael back to the castle. You were able to get a room in the castle, and headed up there with Mael, Gowther, and Gale before setting the baby on the bed and then helping Mael get into the bed. You picked Gale up and held him close as your husband slept, holding the infant close to you as he nursed. You managed to fall asleep later before being woken up by Mael early in the morning, who was getting water for the hangover he was having. After he used 'Invigorate' to get rid of the hangover and the drunk feeling he was experiencing, he trudged back to you and Gale, getting into the bed with you and pulling you close to his chest as he lazily kissed you. "Are you feeling alright?" you asked, causing him to nod as he yawned. Mael then rested his head against your chest before speaking. "You know, I wouldn't mind having another after seeing you so often with Gale." he said, causing your face to turn red as you swatted at him. He chuckled at how adorable you looked before wrapping his arms around your waist and pulling you close to his chest, humming softly as he buried his face in your neck and sighed, breathing in your scent. You ran your fingers through his hair, nearly soothing him to sleep, before you felt the infant in your arms being picked up out of them by Mael. You watched as he held the baby close to his chest, gently kissing his forehead as he hummed softly to the infant. He smiled softly before he gave the baby back to you. "I love both of you so much, you know that?" he asked, causing you to smile softly before nodding your head yes. You laid against Mael's chest as you held Gale in your arms. Luckily enough, you had been graced with a crib to use for the night from the nurses working in Liones castle. You set the platinum haired infant in the crib, smiling softly as he slept soundly. You then got back in the bed with Mael, who was still waiting for you, his arms open wide. You had longed for his embrace for too much time, and gladly fell into his arms, allowing him to wrap you up in them as he kissed you. He then held you close as the two of you fell asleep. Mael felt at peace, for he was finally home in your arms.
