I climb on Ross' waist and put my hands on his chest. "Wanna go sit on the cock?" I ask. Ross laughs uncontrollably. "I meant dock!" I laugh.

He nods as I get off of him. We walk out of my room, sneaking out of the apartment down to the dock. Ross sits on a stool and pulls me to his lap. He tries to kiss me but i keep leaning backwards. We hear to snap of a camera and sit straight up. "You heard that too, right?"

I nod slowly as our phones buzz. It's a group chat with all of Ross' siblings. An anonymous number sent us all a link. I click it.

ROSS LYNCH AND ELLA LYNCH DATING!?

I continue reading.

"Ross Lynch and his adopted niece Ella Lynch have recently been caught sneaking around. They recently left Riker Lynch's (Ella's adoptive father) birthday party together. Above, there is a picture of them kissing by the sea, right near Riker's apartment. (((Pic in media))) will the two come out about their relationship?"

I feel tears drip from my eyes. Ross pulls me closer, kissing my head. "Don't let them get to you, baby." I shrug as I wipe away a tear. Everyone runs down the dock to us. they all start talking at once. I whimper as I bury my face in Ross' neck. "Shut up! One person at a time!" He yells.

"How long has this been going on?" Mom asks.

Ross rubs my side. "Two- three weeks," he corrects himself. "Riker knew," he snaps.

Everyone looks at dad. "So did Rocky," I whisper.

They all start yelling again. I get up and run back to the house. I run into my room, slamming the door behind me. A jiggle upon the locked door knob occurs. "Ella, let me in," Ross begs. I sit in a ball on my bed, next to my bag. "Babe, please!" He pleads sadly.

I get up, opening the door a little bit. "What?" I mutter as I look at the floor

"Can I hold you?" He asks softly.

I shake my head. "This needs to stop," I say sadly.

He grabs my hips gently. "No, it was going so well! You're just going to let paparazzi ruin our relationship?" He pulls me into his chest.

I wrap my arms around him. "Everyone's mad at me," I whisper.

"Nobody's mad at you," he says as he rests his cheek on top of my head.

He rubs my back. "We need to break up," I pull back.

He shakes his head, trying to wipe my tears away. "No, don't do this to me. Don't do this to yourself, babe. You're going to hurt yourself even more than you are."

I shrug helplessly. "Ross, just give me a little time."

He grabs both my hands. "Ella, please don't hurt yourself, please. Come to me if you feel like you're going to, okay?" He lets a tear escape his eyes. I try to wipe it away, but he grabs my hands. "Don't do this to me," he begs as he starts crying.

I look at Ryland who appears behind him. "I don't want to," I admit.

"Then don't! It's better that they know now! Please, babe, don't let them ruin something so precious," Ross wraps his arms around my waist.
