"We have to hold, long enough for them to get the sword to us," Rain said.

"do you not think I know that," Ceris said.

"Okay, so we three have to hold off the Nerther entire army, on our own," Stella pointed out.

"not alone, you've got us," the three turned to their right and Ser Patrick followed by the Frostbourne army, "we'll hold this portal, as long as we can," Patrick said, "where is Azura? she was ahead of us?" Patrick asked.

 "she went through the portal, something about a once in the lifetime chance," Stella explained.

"that seems like her, there could do with the extra firepower, now let's see what we can do with the Nerther," Patrick said. he ordered a shield wall around the portal, the airships move to stand between the ghasts and the portal.

"How long do you think we can hold?" Hilda asked, readying her weapon.

"as long as they need," Rain said, his eye flashing purple, "Naeus will pay for everything he has done," Rain declared.

Charlie opened his eyes and looked about. towering building and road, even a park with trees in it. "home," William whispered.

"hang on one second, this is London, this isn't where we came few the portal, in fact, this is the wrong side of the bloody century," Charlie complained. 

"It looks like the military already had a fight," Morgan said pointing to the wreckage of a tank, "challenger 2 models, there some of the best we've got," Morgan added, there was a sound above, the group looked up in unison.

"What are those flying machines?" Azure asked.

"fighter jets, best guess American from the nearby airforce base," Morgan explained.

"The government must be losing their minds," William said, Charlie was looking at a smoke stake in the sky.

"I wouldn't be sure, that smoke stake is coming from where parliament should be," Charlie said.

"well shit," William said, the was a sound, several of the Nerther pigmen had turned around to find out why the tide of reinforcements had stopped.

"Okay, it looks like we might want to harry," Morgan said, "Azura, those jets could do with a hand," Morgan said seeing the Nerther airforce moving in to engage.

"I shall do what I can do," she said, Hunter pulled his bow out and unleashed the arrow hitting one of the pigmen in the face. 

"over there an abandoned jeep," Morgan said. 

"that's got a turret on top, that more than a jeep," Charlie said.

"I call the turret," William said, Morgan grabbed a discarded assault rifle, hopping onto the passenger side of the jeep, William climbing into the turret.

"are you sure you want me to drive? I never got a licence," Charlie asked. 

"right now, I don't care just drive," Morgan said checking the ammo in the rifle.

"Okay," charlie whispered getting into the driver side, Hunter sat next to where William was.

the pilot of the lead fighter jet, "okay nice and easier, most of their force seem easy picking," he said, and almost as if they were listening. a wither joined by a flock of wither angles, the jets broke formation and attacked, as he fired at the three head abomination shot at him, they bearly missed and a whiter angle land onto the glass of his cockpit.
