Kie didn't want to go into too much detail about this ongoing nightmare because he doesn't know the full truth, no one does and she's not ready for that to change.

Kie begins to explain what happen in her nightmare
"So, it was during my Kook year. I was at Sarah's and we were going to go swimming in her gigantic fucking pool, so I came over already in my bathing suit, my bikini." She pauses and looks down.
He looks at her hand and begin to shake again.
She notices as well and puts her hands in her lap so JJ can't see them.
"Sarah was upstairs getting changed so I sat down at the island in the kitchen. I was just waiting for her while I was on my phone when I felt a hand on my back I turned thinking it was Sarah but it was Rafe. I didn't think much at first but then he turned my chair around so I was facing him. It was a little weird. I went to get up and go to Sarah's room but her put his hands on each side of my chair so I couldn't get up. I asked him If everything was ok and he looked me up and down as I was in my bikini and.."
Kie looks up to see JJ shake is head. He's mad.
"Is that it?" He asks a little infuriated
She nods and looks down. But that's the thing that wasn't the end, but he doesn't have to know that. No one does.
"Why? Why does people's minds go to such horrible places with nightmares?" He asked himself
"What do you mean?" She asks
"Like your mind is making the most sad and horrible story to mess with you" He says as he shakes his head and looks down
"Yeah I Know" she says while looking away
JJ doesn't understand that this wasn't a made up story. A made up nightmare. More a flashback to the past. It was a real story. A real moment that haunts Kie forever. And that's not even the worst of it.

"We should've learn from our previous mistakes to never send JJ and Kiara, like I said before the slowest people on earth. The tortoise and the tortoise" Pope complains as he tips his head back and lays in the sand
They all laugh
"Give them a break man, they are on an unknown island and they have to look for food that's gonna fill up 6 people." John B said while lifting Pope up on his feet.
"Wow. I'm impressed. You might actually have a decent point" Sarah says with a goofy smile on her face.
They all begin to just laugh and talk as they wait for JJ and Kie to come back with the one thing they all are dying for, food.

After their talk JJ spends the rest of his time trying to make Kie happy and get her mind off everything. He begins to think to himself.
He's always liked Kie, but their friendship is more important to him so it doesn't really make him think of her like that anymore. He knows where she stands besides her and Pope have just stopped so he doesn't want to push her to go from one guy to another. But he's aware of the connection between the two of them, maybe they were just really good friends, or maybe not...
"JACKPOT" Kie yelled,
Which pulled JJ out of his thoughts he looks over to her smiling while shes holding an enormous watermelon above her head.
"Nice job Kie" He runs over to her as there are about 6 more watermelons by her side. Looks like they'll be set for a while.
They both pick up three each and walk back
"Hey J," Kie said looking over at the blonde boy to her left,
"Yeah Kie?" He replied and looking over to his right at the girl who makes him the most happy.
"Thank you"
He looked down at the sand on his feet before smiling back at her.
"Of course, you don't need to thank me kie. " He said with the biggest smile on his face
She laughs and bites her bottom lip and smiles. The sight of her doing this gives him butterflies, he hasn't butterflies around her for a long time. Why are they coming back now?
They finally get back to the group.
"Finally 4000 fucking years later" Sarah says as she sees them walk over with 6 watermelons
"Oh my god I love melons!" Pope says as he walks over to Kie grabbing one out of her hands
JJ couldn't help but smile "That's what she said"
They all roll their eyes and laugh.
The finished the first watermelon and saved the rest for later.

John B looks over at Sarah and she looks at him. They two of them have so much love and so much appreciation for each other. He helps her up and they hold each other. John B puts his forehead on hers.
"Hi" she whispered
"Hi" he said smiling from ear to ear at the most beautiful girl he has ever laid eyes on.
She puts her hand on his neck and pulls him closer. Their lips connect and the kiss slowly but passionately. They kept hold of each other as the kiss became more about love and happiness, even relief that they are still standing their next to each other.
"Get a room" JJ yells laughing
They pull away and laugh at him
"I don't know about you guys but let's get in the water." Cleo suggests to the group. They look around at each other and nod
The boys are the first in considering all they have to do is take off a shirt.
Kie follows closely behind as she dives into the cold ocean.
They all laugh as she comes out of the water with seaweed on her face. The sun is shining brightly on them. This. This is all they have ever wanted. To be there with each other and to be having fun. Pogue style.
All of a sudden Sarah jumps on JB's back and JJ looks over
"Do you wanna have a challenge?" He asks looking at the two of them.
"Let's go Sherlock" John B says as a threat
"Alright let's do it then, Kie come here" JJ says signalling his hand for her to come over
"No, no I'm too heavy" she says looking down at her body
"Shut up you idiot" he says walking over to her
"JJ, JJ no don't JJ" she squeals as he lifts her up over his shoulder
"Put me down! Right now" She yells hitting his back
"Nope" He smirks.
"JJ!!!" She keeps yelling
"3.... 2.....1!"
He throws her into the water
They all laugh as she flys threw the air
She swims back up and pushes his shoulder
"Now come on, we have a competition to win"
"Fine" she laughs and jumps onto his shoulders

Wow. I loved writing this chapter. Especially that last scene. As you can probably tell Kie has a lot going on that is still yet to be explored. But by the looks of it JJ is going to be there every step of the way.
