Ty came home at the end of the week and was pleased to get out of the Hospital. Amy explained about Grampa's decision to continue running the Cattle and Ty would still work for him.
"No way Amy, that Long Horn could of killed me, can we continue with the Cattle Ranch next door".
"Yep, we'll ask the Bank Manager to come out to see us I think, you still need to rest and you didn't like the Journey back home did you".
"No I didn't, the slightest move was painful".
Amy phoned the bank and an appointment was made for the following day as her and Ty's bank was actually dealing with the Ranch Foreclosure.
The following day the Bank manager turned up and spoke to Amy and Ty.
The Ranch was 2000 Acres with a 2 bedroom Cottage, a large Hay Storage unit and a small 4 horse Barn, it also had Shelters built in the different Pastures for the Cattle which numbered 1000.
The price including the Cattle was $850,000 and he accepted the loan on it, he knew Amy could buy it outright but having the loan worked out be better for Tax Purposes.
Now they needed two Ranch hands who could start work as soon as the signatures were done by the end of the week.

"Well Ty we Just bought a Cattle Ranch".
"We sure Did Amy, I can't believe it".
"You need to give notice to Grampa that you won't be coming back".
"When you going over love".
"This afternoon ".
"I'll do it now, then you can hand it to him".
"Okay, will do, I want to see his Face, your not going to be able to work for some time anyway".
Amy arrived at Heartland and knocked the door before walking in.
"Hi everyone".
"Hi Love, how's Ty".
"Sore and aches, but it's going to be a hard 12 weeks".
"I'm sure the Doctor would allow him to ride a Horse".
"Oh, Ty gave me this to give you, and he won't be riding a horse for at least 12 weeks or longer".
"Cup of Tea Love".
" Yes please Mum".
"Err, Amy what's this".
"It's quite straight forward Grampa, Ty's giving you Notice to leave your Employment as he now has his own Cattle Ranch and Cattle".
"So you got the Ranch Amy".
"Yes Mum, me and Ty got the Ranch lock stock and barrel, the whole thing".
"Congratulations love".
"Well tell Ty I don't accept his resignation ".
"There's nothing you can do about it Grampa, you were warned".
"Well I can do the same, from now on you can use your own Ranch for Jumping Shadow".
Amy and Marion started Laughing.
"What's so funny".
"I don't need to Jump Shadow at Heartland anymore Grampa, First off I'm Pregnant about 10 weeks, and there busy building the two Arena's and a New Barn, but thank you for letting me use Heartland anyway".

Amy went home and got Ty to help her put a notice on their new Joint website for two Experienced Cattle Ranch Hands with Accommodation included in a Two bedroom Ranch House, Salary Negotiable.
"That sounds just right Ty".
"Think a Photo of the Ranch House would help".
"I knew I married you for a reason".
"How's our Little one doing, and you and Lyndy of course ".
"We're fine, how
are you doing".
"Improving every day".

4 Months Later

Amy's about 7 months pregnant and the Barn, and both Arena's are finished and now the Landscaping is underway including the Tree's her and Ty picked out to go along both sides of the Driveway.
They found two Ranch Hands who are looking after the Herd and Ty is almost ready to return to work.
Amy started taking bookings for when she opens in 6 months.
The Ranch Hands are Excellent and know what there doing, they were very surprised when they saw the Ranch House they would be living in.

Amy went into Labour at 9 months and Ty saw his Daughter Born. She was 7lb.6oz very blonde and blue
eyes. Amy and Ty called her Serena.
Lyndy was in awe the way she looked at this tiny baby.
"Was I this small mummy".
"Yes you were sweetheart and Serena looks just like you do".
