Chapter 84.

Ty's Recovery.

"Our Ranch isn't big enough love".
"Yeah I know, but that Ranch next door to us is for Sale, The Bank Foreclosed on it and it includes all the Cattle,  a Two bedroom Ranch House  Ideal for Ranch hands and 2000 Acres of Land".
"Don't  take this the wrong way Amy because I know you've worked hard  but I don't want to feel like I'm expecting you to pay for everything, I know what we each have is Ours together as one".
"I know what you mean Ty, so I'd already thought about it, and how about we see the Bank and get a loan to buy it together , you pay your half from profits and I'll pay my half from my profits, how does that sound Mr Cattle Rancher ".
"Like a brilliant Idea".
"Good I'll get in touch with the Bank then when they let you out we can get it sorted".
That's Great Amy".
"Err,  I have something else to tell you Ty, I saw Dr Virani this morning and I'm about 9 weeks PREGNANT ".
"WHOOHOO, You sure do know how to surprise me Love , can't believe we're going to have a Baby".
They kissed and hugged until Amy had to go.

Amy drove back to Heartland as she wanted to stay as close to Ty as possible.
When she got back she walked into the Barn Office and phoned the bank for an appointment  then phoned the Realtors about the Ranch next door.
Jack came in the rear entrance to the Barn and heard Amy on the Phone to the Realtors and immediately knew that Marion was correct about Amy buying the Ranch.
The problem though was that Jack was stubborn and wasn't going to budge on Ty taking over.

The following day Amy was sat by Ty's bed with Lyndy explaining what the bank said and the Realtor.
The Doctor, who was looking after Ty walked in and they did a Question and Answer session, Ty would be able to go home by the end of the week but would not be able to go upstairs, Amy explained that there home was on one level.
It would take Ty 12 weeks before he could go back to work but even then he would have to take it easy.
Lyndy was making the most of getting her hugs and cuddles from her daddy.
When Amy got back to Heartland she walked in and saw Jack sat reading his Newspaper. Marion came into the kitchen. "Hi Love, how's Ty".
"Well he should be out by the end of the week. But he's going to be *Off work for 12 WEEKS GRAMPA,*  thank you very much. You know full well that one person can handle about 200 Cattle on there own, so why the hell
(" Sorry Lyndy,  mummy used a naughty word" ) did Just 3 of you try to bring all those Cattle down, we used to help you when you had 500 and that was 10 of us".
"If your going to stop in my house you don't talk like that , or you can go to your own home".
Amy was about to have another go when she felt her mum grab her shoulder, then Marion shook her head to say don't bother.
