Marion made sure Amy was inside then they set off for the Barn, Jack had grabbed his Rifle as did Caleb and his mate, they all kept one in their Trucks in this Area with Bears ,Wolves and Mountain Loins around. They could hear movement so all three cocked their Rifles and the movement stopped.
"We're all armed, so best you come out right now".
Marion didn't know that Amy had seen them and followed keeping back, when Tim came out of Shadows stall,
"Should of quessed it would be you, what are you doing here".
"BETTER STILL WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU DOING WITH MY HORSE"
As Amy passed Tim she socked him on the Jaw which actually made him take a few steps back as Amy went to check on Shadow.
"Argh, she get that from you".
"I taught her to stand up for herself, especially against you".
Jack, Caleb and his friend were all trying not to laugh at Amy's walk pass punch, Tim never saw it coming.
"Look Amy ,I was at the Tournament and saw all your rounds, he's like a rocket, the speed he has, have you thought about taking him round the track".
"NO, he's fast in small bursts around a Show Jumping course, he is NOT a bloody Race Horse".
"Okay Tim in front of these witnesses you will never set foot on Heartland soil and the next time we see you snooping around it will be Shoot first questions after, would you two escort him off Heartland please".
"Be our pleasure Jack".

"I can't believe he was thinking of getting me to Race him Mum, what an idiot he is".
"He watched you and saw the speed that Shadow could do, he has no idea about Show Jumping. Racing and Rodeo is all he thinks about Amy and if it can make money. Hope he hasn't spoilt your party love".
"No, not at all, have a sore hand but it was worth it".
They both laughed and headed back to the party.
"I've got so much to tell you but it can wait till tomorrow ".
"Good Idea Love, enjoy the party, we'll cut the cake when we go in if that's okay with you".
"Yep that's fine Mum".
They went back in and while Marion set up the cakes Amy told Ty what happened, he checked her hand and apart from a small red mark she was fine.
Marion called them up and Marion lit Amy's candles, everyone with help from the band sang Happy Birthday and Amy blew them out in one go.
Then Marion stopped Amy from leaving and lifted what Amy thought was the Base of the Box to reveal an Engagement Cake with there Names on and two candles.
"How did you ,,,, you two were in this together, what if I'd said no".
They were both laughing and looked at Amy.
"Sweetheart, the way you and Ty have been, over the last few months, I knew you'd say yes".
Amy went bright Red.
"There's a candle for each of you, let me light them, Okay everybody let's wish them congratulations ".
As everyone did that, Amy and Ty blew out there own Candles .
Lou gave Lyndy to Amy and told her to sit down while she helped to cut up the cakes.
