(Aspen POV)

I couldn't find him anywhere. I went to his usual spots. The training room, the living room, the kitchen, I even checked his room. Nothing. He was always so easy to find but now..now when I need him..

I pace around the living room trying to think where he would be.

"FRIDAY is Steve on a mission?"

"No Aspen he is not. Would you like me to find him for you?"

"Yes please" I hold my breath waiting for her to tell me where he was.

"Steve is currently on his way to his room from the pool"

"Oh..Thanks FRIDAY" That was strange. He never liked being in the pool. It gave him flashbacks to crashing the plane.

I head to his room noticing water marks on the floor. He had just come in. I knock softly. I hear him rush to the door. His polite side never wanting to make someone wait. "I...." I look deep into his blue eyes. I glance down at his lips for a second and just give in. "Fuck it" I take the two steps I needed to be close to him pulling him down to my lips by his neck while I tip toe up to him. For a moment he didn't move, he was in shock. Then slowly he presses himself against my lips tugging on my bottom one with his teeth. He wraps his arms around my waist and pulls up closer to him. We kiss softly and passionately for a moment.

"Aspen" He whispers against my lips pulling away.

"I remember you Cap. All of you. The kiss in the elevator. Everything." He smiles kissing me back. Before he turns the kiss deeper I pull away again. I have to say it now or I won't be able to.

"I love you" I whisper stroking my finger through his wet hair. I feel him chuckle against my chest. He looks into my eyes to make sure I was being honest. When he was satisfied his smile turned into a childlike grin and his eyes water with happiness.

"I love you too angel" This time when he presses his lips against mine I let him, I let him take over. His kiss turns deep and hungry as he picks me up and presses me down on his bed. I let out a moan at the feeling of his heavy body over me.
