"Yes."
I whispered. And I saw his eyes glimmer and I couldn't help but feel excited. He inched closer to me and held my waist pulling me closer to him painfully slow.
Kiss me already dammit!
I waited for our bodies to collide, I looked up at his deep brown eyes and imbibed his scent. His eyes was on mine and he timidly glanced at my lips and bit his own, making me smirk. He bent down and was only inches away from my face, until we were thrown down from the force of the limo coming to a halt.
"What the heck?" He looked at me to see if I was alright then he boomed and rolled down the protector window, "Louis, what the hell was that?" His nose flared and his accent deepened. I stifled a giggle.
"My apologies sir, I was trying to reach the light before it turned red, but failed." Louis said sounding very rueful.
"Damien!" I hissed, "I'm fine, stop it." I rolled my eyes at him and turned to Louis, "Hey, I'm fine, it's alright, no one was hurt." I gave him a smile and he nodded. I turned to face Damien,
"What the hell is your problem? Talking to him like that?" I glared at him as he shifts uncomfortably under my gaze.
"I'm sorry Jade, I didn't mean for it to come off as rude, but you or I could've gotten hurt by his actions." He tried to reason. I rolled my eyes and pouted, "I understand your concern but.." I sighed and he pulled me towards him.
He looked at me with that gorgeous face of his pulling off a sexy smile and I couldn't stay mad, "You get on my nerves honestly." I rolled my eyes and he chuckled.
"Forgive me?" He snuggled into the crook of my neck and I sighed feeling myself unravel.
"Forgiven." I ended up saying, giving a small protest when he removed his face from my neck. He moved his face closer to me and kissed the corner of my mouth. His lips was beyond soft! It was as if I was kissing 1,000 feathers.
I closed my eyes, expecting his lips to find mine but instead they found my forehead.
The hell?
I opened my eyes and looked at him in total confusion, did he not want to kiss me again? Seeing that my eyes held hurt, "Hey, cheer up, it'll be better if we wait for the right moment." He gave me a smile and I huffed.
Now I can see why he was so furious at Louis, he practically ruined our moment! The roof came back on and my hair was left in a swirl of a mess.
Patting down my ruined fluffed out curls, I heard a chuckle. I glanced over at Damien with a screwed up expression. "What's so funny?" I squinted at him, watching him bite his lip. I blushed and looked away, "Jerk." I mumbled, he nudged me, "What was that?"
I rolled my eyes and smirked, "Nothing." The car came to a stop and I peered out of the tinted window and gasped at the beautiful sight of the beach?

"Damien?" I let out barely above a whisper. I glanced back to stare at his face only to meet an empty seat. By the time I looked forward, there he was, opening my door like he'd always do.
"M'lady." His smile spoke to me. I giggled at his old English, "Why thank you kind sir." I put on my best proper voice I could've come up with, and ended up sounding like an old hag. We both laughed and he held my hand.
"This way Jade, I swear you'd love it." He led me to a dock at one of the ports. I looked up at him confused, "Maybe I'm a little overdressed if we're going fishing?" He laughed at my question.
I mean mugged him, "I don't see the jo-" he shushed me by covering my mouth, "You talk too much love, just wait and see." He smirked at me and told me to close my eyes. So I did.
