The day went by in the flash. In the blink of an eye, I was with Damien driving to wherever he was taking me.

"So on this date, what should I wear?" I glanced over at him. He gave me a cute grin and winked.

"Something, casual, but cute." He pulled into a cute bistro. I looked at him puzzled.

"Um, this isn't home Dams. Why are we here?" I unbuckled my seat belt looking at him with confusion on my face.

"Well, I wanted to just spend time with you before I dropped you home." He leaned over letting his lips linger on the corner of my mouth. I hadn't realize that I was holding my breath until he pulled away and I sucked in as much air as possible. He chuckled lightly.

"Are you alright Jade? Wouldn't want you to catch a heart attack on me now." I sucked my teeth punching him lightly. "Whatever Dams." He got out and came around to open my door.

As I looked around, I couldn't help but feel excited and mushy. This place was cute as shit.

"You got little taste for an English dude." I teased. And he just picked me up and threw me over his shoulder. I screamed at the sudden act and then whispered for him to let me down or he'll pay for doing this.

"Look ya little shit, put me down or else I'll do some serious damage!" I hissed and pounded on his back.

"Ouch, you are so hurting me Jade." I sussed out the sarcasm in his voice and pounded harder.

He just grabbed my butt getting a yelp from me in return. Blush rose to my cheeks shortly after. "Damien!" I whispered deadly,"Put. Me. Down...Now!" He just laughed. Darn this stronger heifer! In defeat, I just laid slumped against his back.

"Giving up I see?" I could just see him smirking at my defeat. "Shut the fu-"

"Damien darling!" I heard a petite voice call his name. Off the bat I was territorial over my Damien. And peeked to see who the hell is calling him darling. Meeting the eyes of a tiny woman probably in her early 50's, I immediately felt bad for getting ready to claw the persons face out.

"Who's this Mien?" I could have felt her eyes bore and glued to my butt. This made me blush even more. I hope Damien was holding down my skirt, or else I might as well die right now.

Putting me down, I quickly adjusted my blouse and fixed my hair. "Patty, this wonderful girl I just had over my shoulder is Jade. Jade, this is Patty, basically my second mother." Patty then blushed and grabbed me in a tight warm hug.

"Nice to meet you Jade, I hope Damien here is behaving. Wouldn't want what happened in London, happen her-." I raised an eyebrow at her sudden stop. What was she going to say?

I looked over at Damien who refused to meet my eyes, so I glanced back at Patty, who was then fixing her apron that was perfectly lined already.

"I'm sorry, I don't think I caught all of that? You were saying?" I looked at her closely.

"Oh don't worry about it dear. It was nothing of the importance." With that she begins walking back behind the counter. "Would y'all like some goodies for the road? Yes?" Damien nodded still refusing to meet my eyes. So I just pulled his face to look at me.

"You alright?" I peered at him closely, "Yes princess. Everything is completely fine. Let's go get some grub and get you home." He walked to the back. I just stared at him shocked.

"He just lied to me." Call me a baby, but that type of shit hurts me like crazy. I held my heart, feeling the familiar tightness whenever I felt uneasy. I needed a drink of water.
