{In order to win Riley back, James suggests she give him a list of tasks to complete to prove his dedication. In the meantime, Chloe and Maxie take a field trip to Michelle's school to find out why she won't answer the studio's calls.}

❝I ran out of the bathroom and hit Bobby G. Bobby's so cute.❞

'Smile at the end of the world' played on the speakers just as the dancer formed into positions on the floor, performing their routine to the upbeat song. As they danced, each person began to reflect on everything that had happened to them during the road to Nationals: they were only halfway there and had already lost two people and were on the verge of losing more due to the various amounts of drama that had unfolded. The dancers had been trying to stay positive, but things weren't looking good.

The troupe had started with twelve dancers but lost Daniel ━━

❛I have decided that, unless I have the solo at Nationals, I have to leave.❜

❛Then, we're definitely gonna miss you here.❜

So, then, they were down to eleven dancers; things just kept getting worse ━━

❛Beth kissed me. I didn't kiss Beth.❜

❛We're over.❜

But, the relationship drama didn't seem to stop with James and Riley. A new boy had come to the studio to get his old girlfriend, their co-captain, Michelle back ━━

❛I haven't seen you in so long!❜

❛I've fallen for someone else.❜

With news about Hunter's feelings spreading, Emily had decided to team up with the boy to break the newfound couple up; lucky for them, it seemed to have worked ━━

❛So, you're breaking up with me?❜

❛Yeah, I guess we're done.❜

But, apparently, the 'Micheldon' breakup didn't matter. Hunter and Emily had seemed to fall for each other whilst they were supposed to be getting back with their exes. After all the drama had unfolded, it proved too much for Michelle ━━

❛I just don't know if I'm feeling like dance is the right thing for me anymore.❜

❛It's gonna be the hardest decision of your life, and possibly the worst. In the long run, though, it's all down to how you feel, not how others want you to.❜
