I Fell Again

There Is Nothing A Karaoke Can't Solve

Cassie wasn't sure Leo's idea was gonna work but she was ready anyways. 

She wore baby pink crop top and black legging. She wore hoops in her ears and applied some lip balm . She was ready to go .
" Where are you going?  Cassie ." asked her Aunt.
" Karaoke with a friend,  if that's okay with you. " replied Cassie.
" Ofcourse it is , just take care."
Leo was standing and waiting for her.

" Oh my gosh Cassie you look gorgeous. "said Leo .
" Thanks , let's go."
Leo's driver left them at 'All you can scream Karoake Nights.'
"Let's go."
Cassie entered a dark long room filled with neon lights . With a stadium in the middle. There were about 25 to 30 people there and on the stadium there was a girl singing some sad song .

" No way I'm singing here." said Cassie
" Why?" asked Leo
" This place is filled with people."
" This is nothing,  come here on Saturday night."
"Still no."
"Come on Cassie , no one here knows us also."
" Nope ."
" Come on being a teen is all this fun with caring about anyone. "
" Ok ugh fine."

Cassie went on the stage and she held the mic . She took a deep breath.  She could see people staring at her . A strong Electric guitar intro began.  She began softy.
" The story starts when it was hot and it was summer
And, I had it all I had him right there where I wanted him
She came along, got him alone, and let's hear the applause
She took him faster than you could say sabotage. "

She could hear people applaud and screaming.  She then continued with full spirit.
"I never saw it coming, nor would I have suspected it
I underestimated just who I was dealing with
She had to know the pain was beating on me like a drum
She underestimated just who she was stealing from."

She could hear herself screaming and she started jumping.
"She's not a saint and she's not what you think
She's an actress, whoa
She's better known for the things that she does
On the mattress, whoa
Soon she's gonna find
Stealing other people's toys on the playground
Won't make you many friends
She should keep in mind,

"Let's sing a song together Leo." said Cassie
" What , no no it's ok."
"You have to. "
" Which one then?"
" You pick. "
Leo went and whispered something in the ears of the people playing the instruments.
" I'm so insecure, I think
That I'll die before I drink." sang Leo.
"And I'm so caught up in the news
Of who likes me and who hates you." continued Cassie.
" And I'm so tired that I might quit my job start a new life and they'll all be so disappointed " sang Leo
"Cause who am I, if not exploited?" They sang together.

Cassie felt lifted and better. All the pain she had buried deep within her all went out. The pain she felt looking at Zac. They betrayal she felt because of Riri all was gone.  Leo really was right.
" I'm having so much fun. Thankyou Leo."
" Welcome."
They stayed there till 10 pm and then they returned to their homes.
In the Car , Cassie couldn't stop chatting.  She felt so lifted and better. She didn't knew how to thank Leo.
" I love this song , all I have ever wanted was to scream that song.  "
" We can come here every weekend if you want."
"Maybe , I will be fun and It will be more fun if we call Collette,  Chris and Ri-"
She then remembered what Riri did and fell silent . Leo noticed this and he took out his phone and played Better than Revenge,  the song Cassie was singing.  Cassie heard and started singing again and this time Leo joined her .
They sang again  all the way back home and Cassie forgot all about Riri or Zac. She was just having fun.
He left her behind her house and told his driver to drive a block away and wait for him . He came with her .
" Thankyou Leo , I can walk from here . I am just at the backyard of my house."
" I need to tell you something. "
" Umm , ok sure go ahead."
" I really love you Cassie."
"What."
"That day I saw you , the way you explained me everything,  I just fell for you.  Your smile and everything will make anyone fall for you."
"Leo I don't know what to say."
"Don't say anything it's okay."
He started walking back.
"Leo wait, don't go. "
She ran to him  and stood on her tiptoes and kissed him.
" See you tomorrow. "
Leo just stood up there for a few seconds before jumping back in the reality. 
"Does that mean a yes?"
Cassie turned back and smiled and said "Yes, Idiot ."
