Dreaming About You

The wind was blowing in the air in a wavy motion making the leaves dance with it. On a wooded bridge with tan and red colors a pink haired and black colored ninja were on it waiting for two people. The black haired figure, Sasuke, was leaning on a railing spacing out, imagining who knows what. The pink haired figure, Sakura, was looking around the area looking for her friend and master as she was starting to grow impatient of them. Normally they would expect this of their master, Kakashi, but their friend, Naruto was a different story as he 98% of the time isn't late. When he is late it's only 5 - 10 minutes late, but it's been a solid 15 - 20 minutes without seeing either of them. "Ugh! What's taking them so long? I get Kakashi but where the hell is Naruto?" Sakura groaned as she started to pace back in forth. Sasuke just kept quiet not wanting- or caring, about the situation.

       "Hello everyone! Sorry I'm late." Kakashi waved with his head tilted and his eyes closed and you could tell he was smiling under his mask. Kakashi looked around at all angles trying to find Naruto preparing for a possible prank or sneak attack from the youngster. "Where's, Naruto?" Kakashi questioned looking at the two who just looked at him. Sakura looked pissed, and Sasuke seemed like he was glad Naruto wasn't here. "I don't know. That's what I've been wondering this entire time! Ugh! That knucklehead!" Sakura replied in frustration as she balled her fists and gritted her teeth. "I got one don't mind him not being here. He was a nuisance anyway. Get some peace and quiet while we train professionally" Sasuke said looking up at his teacher who only looked down at Sasuke with his hands in his pockets.

       "Now hold on you two. I'm sure he must of slept in. Let's go and find out" Kakashi replied raising his hands chest height pains forward in order to try and calm the situation. "Good. Once I wake him up I'm going to give him the beating of his life" Sakura said as she cracked her knuckles. "Whatever" Sasuke said with a role of his eyes as he followed the other two.

       Pound  Pound  Pound

       "NARUTO! OPEN THIS DOOR BEFORE I BREAK IT OFF IT'S HINGES!" Sakura yelled trying to get the Ninjas attention. Sasuke and Kakashi just looked at each other and decided to just let it be. When Sakura never got a response she got her foot ready to kick the door down before Sasuke stopped her. He then gripped the handle, twisted the knob, and opened it. "Hey Hothead. It's open" Sasuke said before letting his grip on the kunoichi's foot and making it drop to the floor. It made a thud and Sakura just looked at him as if he just solved rocket science. "H-How did you know it was open?" Sakura questioned with a tilt of her head. "Because you never thought to try to open it" Sasuke said blandly.

"Anyway.." Kakashi said walking past them and into the apartment, he looked around seeing as there wasn't much there. "Didn't know what I was expecting" Kakashi whispered to himself, no one else hearing. "Doesn't he ever clean?" Sakura said looking at the multiple cobwebs, some dust balls, and a few empty styrofoam ramen cups. "Apparently not" Sasuke said sneering at the look of this place, "Can't believe he actually lives here. He needs to be taught some house management." Sasuke grunted as he nearly tripped over an empty cup noodles. "Now where is his bedroom?" Kakashi questioned looking for a door of some sort that leads to a bedroom.

All of a sudden a loud ringing went through the apartment making them look in the direction of a door that was creaked open slightly. "I think that's his room" Sakura asked as they walked over to the sound. They opened the door and found Naruto with his pajamas on, drool pouring out of his gaping mouth and one side of his body was covered by blankets and a cover. "NARUTO!!" Sakura yelled when she saw the scene before him, he woke with a start and immediately sat up. "Wha-What happened? Where am I? What did I do?" Naruto responded as he searched his surroundings only to find his two friends and his master. "Oh hey guys! By the way. What time is it?" Naruto questioned as he took his alarm clock.

"It's time, for you to get off your lazy ass and join us in training before I give you a concussion!" Sakura said glaring at him before he shot out of bed. "A-Alright! Alright! Calm down, Sakura!" Naruto nervously said as he ran to get dressed in his bathroom.

       He came out wearing his normal blue shorts, and orange baggy jacket with a mesh underneath. "Alright, let's go!" Naruto said jumping out of the bathroom with a big grin on his face. "Good. Now let's go" Kakashi said with relief as the four exited the apartment and walked towards the training grounds.

       "Ok, Kakashi-Sensei. What's for today's training? Kumasi throwing? Hand-to-hand combat? What? What?" Naruto said excited for the training. "Actually. I had a better idea for today's training" Kakashi said as he looked down at the spikey blonde. "Eh!? What do you mean?" Naruto said confused, he had his eyes closed looking  at him and his mouth turned to one side a bit. "Well if you shut up. You would know" Sasuke said glowering at Naruto, "Oh be quiet" Naruto grumbled in response looking at the Uchiha. "Yeah, Naruto. Let Kakashi-Sensei speak" Sakura said whacking him over the head. Naruto held his head and just glared at Sakura.

       "Anyway. The training we will be doing is, Hide-and-Seek Tag" Kakashi said and waiting for the trio's response. "Your kidding right? There's no way I'm playing some child's game when I could be learning how to like, I don't know. Turn invisible!" Naruto complained as the other two had the same type of expression as well. "Hate to admit it. But why is playing a child's game important?" Sasuke replied not getting the idea. "Because. This will help you when you get caught. In spying missions there will be a chance that you will get caught. And when you do get caught, you have two options depending on the situation, opponent, and or type of mission" Kakashi started as the trio listened with care. "I will teach you how to run away and have your opponent lose track of you and or give up on chasing you" Kakashi said and the three nodded in understanding.

       "When do we start?" Sakura asked as she tilted her head. "Now" was all Kakashi said before he closed his eyes and started counting. The three ninjas took the hint and dashed off into their hiding places.

       Naruto was in the tree tops hiding in the most view obstructed areas hoping Kakashi won't find him that way. Sasuke was also in the trees but also a dense tree art where he can jump from tree to tree but also out maneuver Kakashi and get rid of him by going on random directions. And Sakura was hiding in bushes low below since the other two decided to take the high ground. "97...98...99...100. Ready or not. Here I come" Kakashi said before dashing off into possible hiding places. "Nope... nope..." Kakashi mumbled after checking possible hiding spots, then he got an idea. He shouted, "THE NEXT PERSON TO COME OUT OF HIDING WILL GET ONE WEEK'S WORTH FULL OF RAMEN OF YOUR CHOICE!" Naruto heard that loud and clear and once he heard that, he started to sweat knowing he hasn't eaten breakfast yet and was getting close to lunch time.

       The others knew he would go for it and since this isn't a team style training they didn't care. His stomach growled and grumbled just thinking about the offer Kakashi just offered. No! I'm not going to be taken down that easily! Believe it! Although it does sound really good tight now. No! Stop it! Must.... Resist! Naruto fought hard in his mind about what he should do. "Hello" Kakashi said appearing behind, Naruto. "Eh!?" Naruto responding whipping around to look at the Sensei just barely missing the touch of Kakashi's finger before dashing away on the tree tops, Kakashi hot in his tail.

Evasive maneuvers Naruto thought as he started to dash towards different trees trying to get Kakashi off his back. Of course Kakashi is smarter and more advanced in chasing ninjas leagues better than these rookies. Soon they entered a field of flowers as they exited the forest. Memories of the nightmare last night filled Naruto's mind as he suddenly couldn't do a barrel roll to land but instead thudded on the ground stomach first surprisingly not breaking his ribs. "Naruto!" Kakashi yelled as he landed and helped the student up who only got the wind knocked out of him. "Are you ok?" Kakashi asked and Naruto only nodded before he was taken back to the training grounds and waited for everyone else to get caught before he got his punishment since Kakashi always punished the person that got last. "Naruto. Because you got caught first, your punishment will be to train for 24 hours straight. I will allow you to have 3 breaks that are 10 minutes long each. Use them wisely as I will keep an eye on you most of your training. Understand?" Kakashi ordered as the other 2 ninjas sort of celebrated their victory. "Yes, Kakashi-Sensei" Naruto said a little downcasted, "Good. I want you to start tomorrow at 8. Be late and I will add another 24 hours to your punishment" Kakashi said and Naruto nodded in response.
