Dreaming About You

       It was an early morning in Konoha and the civilians and ninjas started to wake up and start their day. However one, or two actually, are already awake. "Why does it have to be so early in the morning?" Naruto questioned with a slight yawn and a grumble. "Because, Naruto. Some ninjas don't get their sleep as they have to embark on their missions that either take all night or start really early in the morning. Some get more of these missions and are used to it, I think this is a great starting point for you" Kakashi replied back looking down at the blind with his hands in his pockets. "But why me? I didn't even have my morning ramen yet, and I have to practice for a full 24 hours!? Your just as crazy as Percy Sage..." Naruto complained as he grabbed his stomach as it grumbled T the word, ramen.

       "Tell you what. If you can go a full, 24 hours working hard, training and whatnot without complaining about food or anything else. I will reward you to a full day feast of your food choice on me" Kakashi offered and the young being thought about it for a moment before flashing his signature grin and filled his eyes with determination. "Then you better save up that money! Because once I'm done, you'll be wishing you hadn't made that bet! Believe it!" Naruto exclaimed as he pointed at Kakashi who only slightly smiled under his mask towards the young ones energy. "Ok, then. I'll be leaving you on your own. But be prepared for a regular drop in from me as you train so I know you aren't goofing around or are doing other things than training. But who am I kidding. You train to the brink of death if I remember right" Kakashi informed him while walking away from Naruto and the training area.

       "Ok. No time to waste, now what should I work on first? Ninjutsu training? Weapons training? Physical training? Hm. I really hate training on my own without needing to" Maruto said with closed eyes and a frown as he pondered in his mind. "Well, I guess I can work on my hand-to-hand combat. Maybe even learn how to dodge Sakura's punches, hmmm" Naruto said as he gripped the top of his head thinking and feeling what her pinch is like.

       "1. 2. 3. Punch. Leg swing. Uppercut..." Naruto kept saying as he was attacking one of the training logs. He's been going at it this for 4 hours non-stop, only to stop for a drink of water Kakashi gave him 2 hours ago. He switches up the order to make sure that he doesn't become repetitive and try to confuse the imaginary enemy. While he was drinking Naruto thought he heard a quiet voice behind him. He turned around to see a tree, bushes, and nothing out of the ordinary. Naruto glared before shrugging and returning back to his training. "1. 2. 3. Leg swing. Uppercut. Punch. 1. 2. 3. Uppercut. Punch. Leg Swing..." Naruto kept going, not under any circumstances. Not even to take a breather.

       Soon Naruto was on the ground his legs and arms outstretched, his body making a star shape. "H-(gasp) How long have I even been going?" Naruto questioned to himself. "7 hours" A voice said, Naruto recognized the voice from earlier but when he looked he saw no one or anything besides the same trees and bushes. Naruto closed his eyes and furrowed his eyebrows with a frown on his face before slowly sitting up. He rested his arms on his legs that were in a V-shape, "Must be imagining things" Naruto said to himself. "Imagining what?" Kakashi said appearing behind him which started him before screaming a fan flinching his arms up to his face. Kakashi just stared at him stoically, Naruto soon lowered his arms. "Oh, Kakashi-Sensei. It's just you, heh heh" Naruto said rubbing the back of his neck with a cheeky grin.

       "Yeah I know it's me" Kakashi said blandly before Naruto stood up and looked up at his teacher. "So, Naruto. What are you talking about 'imagining things'?" Kakashi questioned as he overheard what Naruto said. "Oh, that's. Well I keep hearing this voice, but when I look I see nothing but tree's and bushes" Naruto replied making Kakashi turn his head to look over his shoulder to look and he swore he saw someone move behind one of the trees as he turned his head. "Hm" Kakashi thought as Naruto got confused, "Eh? What is it, Kakashi-Sensei?" Naruto questioned as he followed where Kakashi was looking and found nothing again. "Stay here" Kakashi replied before basically teleporting over the branch of the tree the supposed person he saw was hiding.

       He got suspicious when he saw no one and only found a deer laying on the ground. Kakashi assumed it was the deer so he just left it be not thinking anything of it. He landed right next to Naruto who was looking at him with closed eyes and a almost pouty lip. "So? What did you find?" Naruto asked waiting for who his watched is. "Apparently your being watched by a deer" Kakashi said and that made Naruto's eyes bulged open. "EH!? YOUR SAYING I'M BEING WATCHED BY A WOODLAND ANIMAL!?!?" Naruto yelled not satisfied with what he heard. "Guess so" Kakashi said with a shrug, his hands in his pockets. "Ok, so what now?" Naruto asked and Kakashi started waking away again. "You get back to your training. Your behind schedule. I'll check back up on you in 3 hours" Kakashi said as he was already 2 feet away from Naruto and kept walking. "Hmph" Naruto only replied as he had to go back to his training.

       "RASENGAN!" Naruto yelled before aiming his palm at the center of the training truck and it taking the blow. He got rid of about 40% of the tree trunk before the Rasengan ran out and he was leaning over almost wheezing as it has been 2 hours after Kakashi's last visit. "N-Naruto-Kun...?" A voice said and Naruto recognized it from the other two times it talked. "Huh?" He turned around to see a shy Hinata, half her body hidden by the tree as she admired him from afar. "Hinata? Your the voice I've been hearing!? What are you doing here and how long have you been here?" Naruto questioned, he wiped sweat off of him as he walked over to Hinata as he was also out of breath for training hardly. "O-Oh. I-I've been here ever since y-you started this m-morning. And it's m-my day o-off" Hinata replied as she's twirling her pointy fingers around each other.

       "Really? Wow, that's dedication" Naruto replied with his signature grin making Hinata turn a deep red looking away in embarrassment. "So have you stem at all? I would've hate to be the one to make you starve to death" Naruto said with concern as he himself hasn't eaten either. "U-Um, uh, y-yeah.." Hinata said timidly glancing at Naruto only to quickly snap her eyes to the floor out of not wanting to faint. "Oh, that's good" Naruto replied as he smiled which made it almost impossible for Hinata to maintain eye-contact with him. "Hey, Hinata. You know my eyes are up here, right? Heh heh" Naruto chuckled making Hinata nod her head. "I-I kn-know" Hinata replied as she shuffled her feet in the ground. "Hey. I have a great idea!" Naruto proclaimed as he pounded his fist into his palm making Hinata look at him.

       "W-what?" Hinata timidly responded with, "Since your heat and your in the Hyuga family. I was thinking you could use your Byakugan and train with me" Naruto said with a small laugh at the end. Tr-Training. With, N-Maruto-Kun? No way, no way... Hinata thought as she got more red and Naruto kept waving his head in front of Hinata to get her attention. "Hinata? Hinata? Hey are you there, Hinata?" Naruto asked as he held a concerned look on his face. "H-Huh? O-Oh. Y-Yeah I'm here, N-Naruto-Kun" Hinata replied as she just looked at him, blushing like a madwoman. "Has anyone ever told you that your eyes look pretty on you? Because they do" Naruto complimented as he stared at her eyes. A fuzzy feeling throbbed in his heart just then when he said it.

        "E-Eh!? N-No... I-I-I never was t-told th-that. Only th-that they were u-ugly" Hinata said earning a frustrated look from Naruto. "Well don't listen to them! They are just people who don't know what they're talking about! Believe it!" Naruto encouraged her with a determined face and a fist outstretched. "O-O-Okay... Thank you, Naruto-Kun..." Hinata replied with a cute smile making that same fuzzy feeling return to Naruto.

       From a distance, Kakashi was watch the 2 with great interest, "Good luck you two" Kakashi said with a smile before disappearing into the trees.
