Epilogue

It was in the afternoon and Hinata was stressing out a bit, oh what am I going to wear? This is so hard! Hinata frantically looked through all her clothes trying to find the perfect dress for tonight. Why you might ask is she trying to find a dress for tonight? Well Naruto technically asked her out on a date. 'Technically' meaning he just asked if they could hang out at night just the two of them. Hinata obviously said yes but she was starting to get worked up because she didn't have anything to wear for tonight. She was told to meet at Ichiraku's Ramen shop at 7 p.m. tonight and its already 4 p.m.

It seemed like enough time but she was struggling to find a dress or anything good to wear tonight. At this rate she might just use all this 3 hours just trying to find one nice outfit to wear. "Onee-San?" A little voice said at Hinata's door, she looked and found Hanabi, the current one ready to take the heir of the Hyuga throne. "What is it Hanabi? Can't you see I'm busy?" Hinata said as she sorted through her outfits again. "Why not do something simple? This guy is, Naruto right? Not sure he's the one to be fancy nor go to a fancy restaurant" Hanabi said making Hinata look at her in astonishment. "H-How did you know ab-about m-me and N-N-Naruto-Kun?" Hinata asked with beads of sweat. "I didn't. I was just pulling your leg! Now that I know I must help you!" Hanabi said with a big smile. Hinata sighed as she couldn't believe in what she had done. "Ok, ok... Come on.." Hinata said defeated and her sister walked in.

Once they were done Hinata was surprised, it was simple but nice! She wore a nice white T-Shirt over a light purple zip up jacket. She also wore a gold bracelet on her right hand, she had navy blue pants on to go with her outfit and her normal ninja sandals. "I say your ready! Now go out there and have fun!" Hanabi said as she pushed Hinata towards the front door and into the outside. She was about to say something but the door shut close, "Well time to go! It's almost sunset" Hinata said as she looked a nearby clock and say it was already 6:47 p.m. She better hurry! So with that she ran towards the Ramen shop as she was somewhat far away from it.

Once she got there she looked at the time again at a nearby clock and saw that it was 6:54 p.m. "Hey! Came right on time, right? Or did I keep you waiting? If I kept you waiting then sorry, heh heh" Naruto said behind Hinata and she almost jumped out of her skin. "Ah! Don't do that! You-!" Hinata responded as she puffed out her cheeks as she pouted in a way. "Wow, Hinata! You look.. what's the word? Stunning? Beautiful? Eye-catching? I don't think theres a word I know that describes your beauty" Naruto said with a cheeky smile making Hinata blush like a tomato. "You don't look too bad either.." Hinata responded as she looked at Naruto's Outfit as it was just his normal attire. "Alright enough talk! Let's eat!" Naruto said as he took her hand and dragged her into the shop and helped her up on the stool.

"Woah-!" Hinata said as everything happened in an instant, "Hello! Welcome to I-Naruto!?" Teuchi said confused on why he was here alone with a lady. "What's up gramps? I brought someone special with me!" Naruto responded wrapping his arm around Hinata's shoulders and bringing her close to him. "She your girlfriend or something?" Teuchi asked with a smirk. "You bet your ramen she is!" Naruto exclaimed happily making Hinata blush and smile brightly as Teuchi smiled as big as he could. "Good for you! Just for that the foods on me!" Teuchi said making the couple bean in happiness.

Once they finished their food the two said goodbye and left the place and went on a walk as it was already a little past 8 at night. The sky was pure black and some stars were showing making the sky look magical. They walked for a long time in silence not knowing what to talk about to what to do. Suddenly Naruto had an idea and turned towards Hinata. "Hey! Wanna go to the park and talk?" Naruto suggested and Hinata smiled as she nodded her head. "Great! Let's go!" Naruto said as he took her hand and ran off towards the park. "Woah!" Hinat exclaimed as she tried to keep up with the enthusiastic Uzumaki Naruto.

When they got to the park it was empty besides the two and they decided to go on the swings and swing back and forth. Naruto was trying to think of a way to start a conversation and he just had the right starter. "Did you like the date? I-I mean if you want to call it that, that is. I mean, I know it's not something fancy like for you, but I hope it was something even a little special.." Naruto said hoping Hinata liked it. Hinata was surprised, "Naruto-Kun! Of course I loved it! I don't care if it was a famous restaurant or if it was the worst place in the world! I just want to make sure we had a good time. Besides Ichiraku's Ramen shop was super delicious.." Hinata said with a big smile making Naruto's eyes sparkle. "W-Well I'm glad! Because next time I'll make sure our date is extra special because next time... IM COOKING!" Naruto exclaimed jumping off the swing and pointed at him with his thumb. Hinata giggled at his childish antics, "I'm glad. You know.. I had a lot of fun today, Naruto-Kun" Hinata said and the two just stared at each other with a smile.

Naruto got an idea and decided to be bold and walk up to Hinata, "W-Wait! W-What are you doing?" Hinata questioned as she felt his hands on hers as her hands were still on the swings chains. Their noses were touching and she could feel his hot breath on her, "I have one more surprise for you..." Naruto whispered as she leaned in as he locked his lips with her. She was taken back but leaned in with him and they stayed like that for a long time.

This was surely a story they would tell their future kids.

The End. Hope you liked it! I had a lot of fun writing this and in the process of making another book focusing on a different ship. It's not in the Naruto universe but I'll give you a hint.. It and something to do with our favorite yellow mouse buddy. Anyway have a nice rest of your day!
