"Hey Casey, the guys and I are gonna go get food, wanna come with?" April asked as she looked over at Casey who was sitting next to her on the couch. Casey shook his head with a small smile.

"No thanks Red, I'm gonna hang here and watch the game!" He was watching a hockey game on TV. April smiled. "Okay Casey, we'll be back soon! Splinter is here if you need anything." Leo told him.

He and the other turtles were about to leave. "I know, catch you guys later!" Casey replied as the turtles and April said their goodbyes before leaving the lair. Casey was alone in the living room now.

Splinter was in the kitchen, eating some ramen and sipping tea. Casey noticed and smiled. He used to be scared of the old rat, but had grown used to him. He wasn't scared of him anymore, thankfully.

Splinter peeked into the lair and smiled softly, noticing Casey alone. He thought of Casey as a nephew or another son. And, Casey kind of thought of Splinter as an uncle or even a father figure.

Casey was also a little. He had a hard home life in the past and used Age regression and littlespace to help him feel safe, happy and calm. He only slipped around people he trusted, though. He was weary of Splinter.

Splinter knew that Casey was a little, though. He has often seen the turtles, April and Casey hanging out while in littlespace together when they thought that he wasn't watching. He was always watching.

Casey sat comfortably on the couch, watching the hockey game which soon ended. As he watched, he absently stuck his thumb in his mouth out of habit. Splinter noticed and softly awed, but Casey didn't notice. He cuddled against the couch.

Soon, Casey had slipped into littlespace. He felt around 5 years old at the moment. He started jumping on the couch, forgetting he wasn't alone. Splinter's eyes widened. He was worried Casey would fall.

"Be careful!" He raced into the lair and caught Casey in his arms mid-bounce. Casey poured. "Hey, I was playin'!" He crossed his arms as Splinter chuckled. "I know, little one, but you must be careful."

Little Casey huffed and pouted more. He wanted to play ad have fun! Splinter smiled, holding him close. "You are quite adorable when you are little." He purred.

Young Casey shyly looked away. He wasn't used to being little around Splinter yet. "Do not worry little one, I do not mind, my sons are littles as well, as is April." He told him.

"I know!" Casey smiled a little, showing his missing teeth. He really did look younger without the front teeth. Splinter smiled a bit and sat on the couch, holding Casey on his lap. Casey slowly cuddled into his chest.

Splinter awed at that. Casey hardly ever interacted with him. He was glad though, that Casey was no longer scared of him. He couldn't help but purr softly, stroking the boy's shaggy, soft jet-black hair.

Casey smiled, holding a plush wolf close. Splinter smiled. "Who is this?" He took the wolf gently. "Wolfy!" Casey grinned with big, adorable, innocent eyes. Splinter awed and smiled. "Wolfy is a nice wolf."

"He is!" Casey held Wolfy and giggled. He felt safe, loved and happy. He loved playing while in littlespace, but also cuddling. His brown eyes shined with light and happiness. He grabbed a few toy cars.

Splinter grinned a bit. "Do you want me to play with you, little one?" He asked gently. Casey nodded, giving him a red car while he took a green one. The two then had a playful race as Casey giggled.

Splinter chuckled softly, letting the little boy win. He had a lot of experience with little boys, since his sons were littles. Casey burst into cheering. "I won, I won!"

"You did win, very well done!" Splinter praised him, patting his head gently as Casey giggled. He then walked off to the kitchen. He was thirsty and wanted something to drink. "Milky...?"

Splinter heard him and walked into the kitchen as well. He took the milk out of the fridge and grabbed a sippy cup, knowing Casey liked those. "Here you go, little one." He had filled it with cold milk.

Casey's eyes lit up. "Thank you!" He drank it, eating some animal crackers as well. Splinter chuckled softly and sat by the child while he had his snack. Casey nibbled away at the crackers, drinking the cold milk.

A few minutes later, Casey was sitting on the couch with Splinter, who was holding him close. Casey leaned his head against his chest shyly as Smiled and nuzzled him.

Casey giggled and grinned up at him before nuzzling him back. He chuckled and held Casey protectively. He had to admit that Casey was like his sons when they were in littlespace and found it adorable.

Casey cuddled up to him, sucking on his thumb as Splinter awed and placed a black pacifier gently in his mouth. Casey smiled up at him as his eyes lit up brightly.

"Fank woo!" He tried to talk around the pacifier. Splinter smiled. "You are welcome, Casey..." He held the boy in his lap, stroking his hair and gently cuddling him close. He treated Casey as one of his sons.

A few minutes later, Casey started whimpering. Splinter frowned and looked down at him. "What is wrong...?" Casey looked up at him with teary eyes. "I miss the others..." He whimpered more.

Splinter frowned more and rocked him gently. "Shh, I know you do little Casey, but they will be back soon..." Casey whimpered at that and hid his face against Splinter's chest. He sighed and rocked him closer.

After a few minutes, Casey calmed down and hugged Wolfy close. He yawned, rubbing his red and tired eyes. Splinter awed softly and had him lie down on the couch with his head on his lap.

Casey did so as Splinter covered him with a warm, soft blanket and purred softly. He knew Casey needed his nap. "Go to sleep little one..." He coaxed soothingly.

Casey sleepily yawned, closed his eyes, and slowly fell asleep. Splinter smiled and awed as he held him close and protectively. A few minutes later, the turtles and April walked in. Splinter immediately silenced them.

He gestured to Casey who was asleep. The boys and April smiled and awed as they took a few pictures. "You cared for him...?" Raph asked. "Of course, he was adorable..." Splinter whispered to his son.

They softly awed, watching Casey sleep. He and Splinter rarely spent time together, but when they did, both of them loved it. They thought of each other as family.

And family room care of each other....
