Happy Mutation Day! (TMNT 2012)

Summary: The turtles celebrate their mutation day in littlespace with their family and allies!

Leo's little age: 5

Raph's little age: 3

Donnie's little age: 4

Mikey's little age: 2

"Happy mutation day, my little cubs!" Splinter churred as he entered his son's shared bedroom. "Daddy!" The turtles giggled and purred, all in littlespace. Today was their 16th Mutation Day.

Splinter held them close and protectively. For the first 15 years of their lives, the turtles had a quiet Mutation Day at home with a worms and algae cake and a few presents. That's all they could do.

However, since this was the turtle's first Mutation Day in littlespace, Splinter wanted to do something special. So, he and Karai invited all of their closest friends and allies to make their special day amazing!

Karai hugged her brothers close. "You're going to love you're party, otoutos!" She kissed each of their foreheads and put party hats on them. The turtles laughed. "Yay!" They grew more and more excited.

Mikey and Raph sucked on pacifiers and Leo and Donnie were carrying plushies around. Splinter and Karai sat with them and waited for their guests to arrive.

Luckily, they didn't have to wait long. Shinnigami walked in with Renet, Mona Lisa, the Mighty Mutinamals, Fugitoid, Usagi, April, Casey and Kirby as they had a lot of things for the little birthday turtles.

"Hewwo!" The little ones hugged them immediately as they awed and held them close. They knew about the turtle's tough first Mutation Days when they were younger. But, they were used to it.

Splinter did his best to make his son's childhood Mutation Days fun and enjoyable, like a normal birthday should be. But, he was never able to get them a real cake, or nice gifts, or anything else.

But, he always made them a cake out of worms and algae and did his best to scavenge for gifts that his sons would love. Their allies understood this, and their human allies, who could actually go into stores without being gawked at, helped.

Kirby, Casey and April, being the only ones in the group able to enter stores without stares, did the birthday majority of the shopping for the turtle tots. The others assisted in finding other things too by making things and scavenging.

The turtle's eyes lit up. "You awe all hewe!" Mikey babbled. "That's right little one, no more spending your Mutation Days alone!" Dr. Rockwell smiked warmly.

Splinter grinned. "Thank you all, this means a lot to them, I want to give them a real Mutation Day, like birthdays that other children have, they deserve it."

"They sure do!" April cheered as she and Casey were decorating the lair with streamers, balloons, confetti and other things. "Every little needs a fun birthday with lots of family and friends!"

The turtles squealed at brightly-colored decorations. "Fank woo, pwetty!" Raph grinned with bright eyes as Casey chuckled and patted Raph's head carefully. "Yep!"

"It's no trouble at all, really." Kirby added. "It's their first Mutation Day in littlespace, might as well make it the best one yet, right?" He smiled down at the turtles.

"Yay!" Donnie hugged Kirby with a shy smile. Donnie was more shy in littlespace. Kirby smiled a bit and hugged Donnie gently. "Indeed, we might as well make it fun and wonderful for them." Fugitoid added as he wrapped his arms around Leo.

Leo cuddled up to his robot friend. "Yeah!" Mikey then saw the presents. "Pwesents?" The other turtles gave Splinter the puppy faces. "Yes aka-chans, you may open your presents!" Splinter smiled with a churr.

With that, the turtles immediately opened all their presents. They got big gifts and little gifts. Leo got a new fluffy blue blanket, a onesie with teddy bears on it, a star light up pillow, an astronaut costume, a new sippy cup with glitter and a new lion plushie that was different shades of blue.

For his out-of-littlespace gifts that he used when not in littlespace, he got a new T-phone, some comic books, a cool blue ring, a pair of new katanas, a star jacket and the new Space Heroes movie.

Raph got a new teething ring, some new car toys, bubble wrap, a red soft velvet blanket,  a new easy-to-read comic book and tiger plushie that was red to use when he was in littlespace.

He also got a pair of cool neon red big headphones, a new t-phone, some new drum sticks, some regular comic books, a red hoodie with flames on it and some pop rocks candy.

Donnie got some baby books, a new bottle with hearts on it, flannel footie pjs, a dog onesie, some Legos and some toys that he could build with but they were for kids.

And he also got some more challenging books, some new lab supplies, an upgraded lap top, skittles candy, a new high-tech bo staff that wouldn't break so easily and a panda bear plushie.

Finally, Mikey got a bottle with glitter and cats, a neon orange blanket with rainbows, some comic books for toddlers, a finger paint set, a cookie pillow and a plush unicorn that was rainbow.

Then, he got a new t-phone, air pods, new CDs, cartoons on DVD, some Starburst candies and a karaoke machine. All the turtle's eyes lit up. "Fank woo evewyone!" Everyone hugged them. "You're welcome!"

Then, it was time for cake. There was a cake with red, blue, orange and purple balloons and animals and ninjas on it. The boys cheered. "A weal cake!" Donnie smiled. "No wowms and algae!"

Leatherhead chuckled. "We know you would love it!" Splinter put some candles in as they all sang to the turtles and dimmed the lights as Splinter grabbed a camera.

"Happy Mutation Day to you, Happy Mutation Day to you! Happy Mutation Day dear Leo, Raph, Donnie and Mikey! Happy Mutation Day to you~!"

The brothers blew out their candles. "Yayyy!" Soon, cake was served and it was chocolate with different flavored icing. They also had rocky road ice cream and candy. The turtles loved it so much!

Soon, the little turtles were playing with their gifts and their friends were playing with them. Usagi and Leatherhead were playing Space Heroes with Leo.

Slash and April were helping Raph play his drums, Donnie was being read to by Casey, Karai and Renet. Mikey was playing plushies with Kirby, Leatherhead and Mona Lisa. And Fugitoid, Splinter, Pigeon Pete and Shinnigami took pictures of the turtles.

Soon, the turtles were getting tired. "Dis was fun! Fank woo evewyone!" The boys cheered as everyone hugged them. "You're welcome kiddos/guys! Happy Mutation Day!" They hugged the turtles close.

The turtles had never had a more perfect Mutation Day and it was even more fun in littlespace! And they were so happy their family, friends and allies accepted them!

It couldn't have been better...
