- Being the only girls on the Argo ll, they became good friends very quickly

- Annabeth already knew Piper before, of course, but she really discovered her during their quest

- Annabeth and Piper immediately loved Hazel because she is a sweet angel

- Hazel was pretty awkward when she was alone with Annabeth, or Piper, or both because she never had girl friends. But these two were amazing. She loved them

- Hazel spent hours braiding Annabeth's hair "You, white girls, have such beautiful and easy to do hair"- Piper told Annabeth all the gossips about everyone at Camp Half Blood (being a child of Aphrodite helps to know the gossips)

 - The three of them talk about boys together a lot

- Piper and Annabeth hit on each other a lot for the joke, and everyone on the Argo ll was used to that "Annabeth, if only I didn't have a boyfriend, I would definitely date you, you hot blondie" "Piper come here babe I wanna cuddle" "Annie sweetie you're such a cute and amazing human being I love you. How can you be so perfect ?" "I didn't need her to claim you, I knew Aphrodite was your mother as soon as I saw you, you're so beautiful"

- When Piper was feeling down because she felt like Jason didn't really love her because he didn't act with her like Percabeth act together, Annabeth reassured her

- Hazel freaked out the first time she was on her period and Annabeth and Piper calmed her and helped her with it (Hazel was very grateful because her mom never told her that someday, blood would run out of here)

- By the way, any time one of them is on her period, the others are very sweet with her and tell the boys not to annoy her and bring her chocolate all the time

- Hazel and Piper hug a lot- Piper was the first one Annabeth talked about Tartarus too. When she did, she burst out crying and Piper consoled her. Annabeth slept in Piper's room the night that followed because her presence reassured her and she didn't feel like sleeping alone

- They borrow clothes to each other a lot. "Annabeth, since when do you have a Camp Jupiter shirt ?" "Hazel why the hell are you wearing a Camp Half Blood shirt ?" "PIPER MCLEAN IS WEARING A FREAKING SKIRT I MUST BE DREAMING"

- Annabeth and Hazel spent hours talking together, comparing the roman and the greek camps, and the roman and the greek gods.

- Piper told Hazel a lot of Cherokee legends- Annabeth wakes Piper up every morning because without that Piper would sleep until the afternoon

- Annabeth and Piper yell at Hazel when she swears (and she swears a lot) because "You're a cute little angel. Don't say bad words"
