Tiara's POV:
Upon waking up I realized I was at his parent's house. Travis was still sleeping.
"Are you happy that you got married to my son"
"No, Why would I be? He is a jerk who always do mean things to hurt me."
Last night's events replayed in my mind. Why on the earth did I say that? I should never drink again, if I want to survive; I promised myself.
I opened the door and saw Mrs. Regina.
"Good morning Mrs. Regina!"
She didn't say anything.
"I'm sorry what happened last night. I didn't really meant what I said" I added.
"What are you even wearing?" She looked at my oversized clothes.
"Oh! Actually I didn't bring any clothes with me so these are....Mr. Anderson's " I said feeling embarassed.
"Wait here!" She said going towards her room.
She brought me a red floral dress.
"Thank you Mrs. Regina" I said with a smile. She didn't say anything and went downstairs.
I think she isn't that bad. I thought to myself walking back in my room.
I took shower and got ready. Travis was still asleep, I think he came late last night. It was 8 am and I decided to wake him up because otherwise we're gonna be late.
"Mr. Anderson"
"Mr. Anderson"
"Mr. Anderson" I called him softly.
He didn't budge. So I was just about to touch his face to wake him up and all of the sudden he held my hand and made my heart skip a beat.
"I was just waking you up. It's eight 'o clock." I said with my puppy eyes.
Twenty seconds of silence
He released my hand and made his way to the washroom.
After breakfast, we said goodbye to mom and dad. I sat in the passenger seat and the whole car ride was quiet.
"Could you please drop me to the University first?" I said.
"I'm not your driver." He blurted.
"Then where are we going?"
"I'm going to the office; don't know about you."
Whaaaattttt!!!! He should have told me first, there's only ten minutes to my class. I thought he will drop me first.
He stopped the car somewhere I don't know.
"Take taxi "
I got off and called Uber on my phone. I was late for my class.
My last class ended at 2 and I headed straight to home. I was happy 'cause tomorrow is Friday and my next class is on Monday.
"Time to binge watch my fav shows"
I sat in the living room watching Netflix on TV. I started the new series "Squid game" and I was so into the show, I didn't keep track of the time.
and suddenly TV was switched off and I saw Travis standing beside TV.
"I'm calling you since last five minutes, Can't you hear me?"
"Oh! I'm sorry Mr. Anderson" I said while getting up from the couch.
