I lay in bed staring at the ceiling. Leigh-Ann is beside me, fast asleep.
Tasting her lips again was like licking chocolate ice-cream on a hot summer's day.
She felt so good on my fingers and the look in her eyes as she came undone was enough to make me come.
She's beautiful.
But why do I feel guilty?
Like I'm taking advantage of her inability to remember who I am.
She hated me before, hell she couldn't even stand being in the same room as me.
But now after the accident, I notice the way she stares at me. The blush that stains her cheeks when I compliment her.
Oh god!
I run my hands down my face.
This is wrong,
I shouldn't be getting intimate with her not when she's still recovering from memory loss.
I take one more look at her angelic face and head to the shower.
I dress up quickly. Going downstairs, I fix my tie and greet Amelia on my way out.
"Sir, aren't you having breakfast before you leave"
"No. I'll get something on the way"
"Alright sir, have a good day"
I drive to work and as soon as I enter my office I start on documents.

I've been working non-stop the whole day and my shoulders are aching.
I check my watch, ten minutes until the board room meeting.
Meetings are one thing I hate. Yes, it brings deals to a conclusion.
But sitting the whole hour or two listening to old people going on and on about things I don't even understand sometimes makes me want to quit my job.
Which is impossible as long as I'm a Dovine.
Getting to the board room my eyes immediately find Leigh-Ann's.
She's part of the meeting?
I look away fast before I get sucked into those hazel orbs.
I can't let her affect me now. She's still vulnerable.
Through out the whole meeting I noticed Leigh-Ann didn't pay much attention.
Well I wasn't paying attention either as I was busy ogling Leigh without her noticing.
I try my best to be involved in the meeting with little inputs here and there.
"Mrs Dovine. Are you okay?" Mr Maxwell, the chief of the marketing department asks.
"Um yeah. Yes I'm fine. Proceed"
She's zoning out of the meeting.
Come to think of it, she looks a bit fatigued.
The meeting lasts a few more minutes before it finally ends.
Leigh-Ann leaves without a backward glance.
"Leigh-Ann"
She turns around and arches a brow.
"Yeah?"
"Are you alright? You zoned out in the meeting"
"I'm fine" she replies with an edge to her voice.
Why's she annoyed?
