Jacob
Her lips were so soft and I couldn't help nibbling on it. She didn't move to stop the kiss so I continued.
"Ahem" the pastor cleares his throat and we pull apart.
Wow. That was...
I look at her trying to figure her out. She pushes me away yet she kisses me like that.
We make eye contact and she looks away immediately, smiling at the crowd.
I smile too, making it seem as real as possible. It's time to walk back down the aisle together but Leigh-Ann's attention is drawn to something.
Or someone.
I quickly take her hand in mine before she blows up the whole plan.
She glares at me but looks back to where the person is standing but he's gone.
That must be the lover I heard about. Tyler?
We get to the reception finding that it's already packed with people. I don't let go of Leigh-Ann's hand the whole time doing as my father said.
We dance and receive gifts then eventually getting into my car, which already is packed with her bags, saying our goodbyes to everyone then driving off.
I loosen my tie with one hand while my other hand is on the steering wheel.
"Where are we going?" She takes off her shoes.
"Home"

We get to the house I bought.
Yes I bought it.
Then I leave the car before Mrs 'Asks A Lot Of Questions' has the chance to talk.
She follows behind me but I don't stop and head straight upstairs to my room.
At least we've gotten that out of the way.
I undress and head straight to the shower. I'd already brought my stuff to the house a few days after I bought it so immediately I finish in the shower I get out some clothes to wear.
I've got a towel wrapped around my waist and another that I'm using to dry my hair when I hear a soft gasp.
I look up to find Leigh-Ann still in her wedding dress trailing her eyes up my chest.
"Can I help you?" I raise my brows.
A few seconds passes and she finally speaks.
"I um need help with my dress"
I look at her to see if she's serious but she just stares at me wide eyed like she didn't expect to say that.
"Turn around"
She does and I take a look at the straps.
Why so complicated?
"What am I supposed to do here?" I ask when she turns around to look at me.
"I don't know. Maybe pull down a zipper if there's any"
"I don't see any zipper"
"Oh" she says in a quiet voice.
I really don't have time for this. I have an important Zoom meeting in an hour.
Taking the dress in my hand I pull and it rips.
Leigh-Ann turns to look at me with her eyes opened wide.
"You tore it?!" She exclaims.
"It was the only solution" I shrug.
