Marinette and Felix walked into school just in time, hardly made it three steps into the classroom when Alya came storming towards her with a "crying" Lila and her angry classmates. Adrien trailed behind warily.

"I can't believe you!" Alya yelled in her face.

Marinette looked at Alya with disinterest as she wiped the spit off her face.

"Can't believe what?" She asked in a bored tone.

"Don't play dumb! You pushed Lila down the stairs!"

Her classmates were all upset as they looked at Marinette in disappointment and anger.

Marinette looked at Alya for a moment, then at Felix. He just had a smirk and let out a snort

"You think this is funny?" Alix asked in anger.

"Quite amusing actually" Felix stated

Alya ignored him and pointed an accusing finger at the blunette. "You pushed Lila down the stairs!"

"You pushed Lila down the stairs," Felix said, mimicking Alya. He knew he sounded quite childish but these people before him were acting so ridiculous he didn't care at the moment.

Marinette tried to give him a look that should indicate him to stop but he continued anyway. He was not going to accept this nonsense.

"Do you not realise how ridiculous you sound right now?"

Alya was fuming.

"She did!"

"Oh really?" Felix asked with a raised eyebrow. "When?"

"The beginning of lunch!"

Felix looked at Alya, clearly amused.

"She was with me the entire time, there is no way she could've done it."

"You could be covering for her!" Kim yelled. "You clearly dislike Lila as much as much as Marinette does!"

"Which-Which doesn't make se-nse since I've- I've been nothing but nice to her!" Lila cried out. The girls of the class started to comfort her.

Marinette rolled her eyes,

"I do not dislike her..., " Felix stated started. Lila looked up at him, a hopeful look on her face.

"I just despise her very being," he finished. Lila let out a loud cry and the other went to comfort the girl. Felix really couldn't care less about the glares and shocked looks he was getting. he was telling the truth. He hated liars, especially those who did it to make themselves look good. Lila however was off the charts and made the average liar seem less of a bother.

"What the fuck is wrong with you!?" Alya sneered.

"I could ask the same for you. Marinette was with me, we were at her bakery for lunch. If you do not believe me, ask her parents"

He saw Lila still and quickly wipe her tears. "oh! u-uh I-I-I think my lying disease is starting up again. it's a mistake. I'm sorry!"

"Oh it's ok Lila" Alya cooed. She then turned to Marinette. "I warned you about messing with Lila Marinette" Alya snarled. "you've pushed it too far now"

"But I didn't do anything! She's the one who just lied and I'm the problem!? why won't you believe me!?" she looked like she was on the verge of tears.

"Because all you've done is lie and bully Lila because you're jealous of her amazing life!" Alya yelled.

Suddenly all the other classmates were yelling at her. Calling her names, defending Lila. It was a lot for her at that moment.

"SHUT UP THE LOT OF YOU!" Felix snapped, his eyes full of rage and annoyance.

"Can't you see you are hurting her?" Felix said gesturing to the now timid blunette who looked to be on the verge of tears.

"she's the one who-" Felix cut Alix off

"I said. Shut. Up"

Miss Bustier then walked in eyeing the students. Felix just rolled his eyes, took Marinette's hand and walked them to their seats.

Alya gave Marinette one more hard glare before sitting in her seat.

Marinette winced and quickly looked at Felix.

"You didn't have to do that" she whispered in a worried tone. "They'll be onto you now"

The blonde scoffed. "I do not care for them. They may continue to believe the girls lies and my cousin can also continue being the wimpish coward he's always been. Besides, for them to just blindly accuse you of causing harm to someone when you don't seem to have the heart to do so, is ridiculous to me"

"How do you know I wouldn't hurt someone for no reason? You barely know me"

"I'm good at reading people. And you, Marinette, are not the sort of person who would resort to violence or aggression of any kind. Though I would deal with your situation differently...I seem to like that you're not like that"

Marinette felt herself blush a little and she brushed a strand of hair behind her ear

"Oh. u-uh thanks?"

"No need to thank me. I just speak the truth. unlike some people...oh how I would love to see how karma is going to get to her"

"I wonder that too sometimes. though I can't see that happening. it's been two years now"

Felix just smirked. "Patience is a virtue Dupain-Cheng. The further she digs that hole of hers full of lies, the harder karma is going to strike. And from what I know and have heard, karma's a bitch"
