👁‍🗨𝙲𝚑𝚊𝚙𝚝𝚎𝚛 27: 𝙿𝚊𝚛𝚝𝚢 𝚜𝚑𝚘𝚙𝚙𝚒𝚗𝚐👁‍🗨

Rantaro POV:

Kiyo and I have been dating for...2 weeks now I think. Honestly not much has happened, not that I really expected more. We go on coffee dates and Invite friends over and stuff, I like it. I wait outside our school for Akamatsu, Oma, Saihara, and Kiyo obviously, in the crisp air. The four of them come out and I run over to them. "hey Taro-Chan!" Oma smirks, and I can tell he has something planned. "Well you know, Halloween is in four days aaand you're like, filthy rich and have a giant house so I have an idea!" He takes out his phone and begins looking through Pinterest.

"I'm just saying, if you were up for it, we should through a huge party! Like, invite the whole school! You basically have a mansion so everyone would probably fit too." He shows me pictures of Halloween decorations for ideas. "Hm...that actually sounds fun Oma. I'll ask my parents right now."

I grab my phone out and text my dad and mom a quick paragraph to ask. I mean they're pretty chill so I don't see why not. After a few minutes they respond with exactly what I was expecting, which was go ahead. "They said sure sooo, when are we going shopping?" Akamatsu immediately takes her own phone out and begins texting someone. "What're you doing Akamatsu?" Saihara looks behind her.

"I'm asking Shirogane and Tojo to help us shop! I mean, Shirogane literally shops for her ultimate and Tojo must know a thing or too about decorating since she's a maid, right? And Shinguji, aren't they you're friends?" She looks up at Kiyo. "Well..yes I suppose I'd consider them friends-" Akamatsu cuts him off by jumping up and down excitedly. "They said they'd come! So when are we going?" We start walking in the direction of my house. "We can drop off our bags at meet there right after, tell them to meet us at Monokuma Halloween in 10 ok?" I look back but the main character gang is already miles ahead of Shinguji and I.

We quickly throw our stuff down in my room, then run out to catch a streetcar taking us to the area close to the store. We hop on and I immediately open social media on my phone and make a post that says

"Halloween Costume Party At Rantaro's house at 9:00 Saturday, All Hopes Peak classes invited!  Music, Food, games, etc. Don't be basic, dress up in ur costumes, come for a good time. Address-5253 Avocado St."

I show it to Oma, who nods approvingly. I then DM the most gossipy kids in the school to let them know all the details to tell people who don't check social media, the gossip kids being Enoshima Junko and her little friend group, Iruma of course, Saionji Hiyoko, and a girl named Sonia from a year above us. I then close my phone, all of us get out of the streetcar and we see Tojo and Shirogane standing there, waving at us. Akamatsu runs over, hugs both of them, then runs back over to us so we can catch up.

"Alright so, what ideas are you going for for decorating? Cause there two parts to Halloween, there's a cutesy kid friendly version and then there's genuine horror!" Shirogane immediately starts talking our ears off about all the ideas we can do. "I suggest we get lots of lighting, fake spiders, cobwebs and such," Tojo remarks, looking at tablecloths. "We can pretty much do anything we want as long as we clean it up after, my parents are taking my sisters on a trip to France so I'm home alone," I look at a giant animatronic. "I say we get a fog Machine!" Oma runs over carrying a giant box.

"I like fog machines," Kiyo grabs the box from the almost fallen over Oma. "Hereeeee!" Shirogane comes back from wherever she left off to with a giant cart of decorations. "I picked out some things that I think would look good!" She adjusts her glasses, and I look through the cart. There's basic stuff, candles, lights, animatronic looking things, cobwebs, you get the idea. "This works," I nod at her and she smiles proudly.

"W-wait what are you all going as?" Saihara adjusts his hat slightly. "Oh, well Tojo and I are going as Alice and the Queen of Hearts! I said she'd look pretty so she agreed, and I mean I have the blonde hair!" Akamatsu excitedly explains. "I'm gonna be Hatsune Miku!" Shirogane fluffs her jacket. "...who-" we all ask but she doesn't respond. "Uh...yeah okay weeb, anyway I'm gonna be a thief! And Shumai's gonna be a police officerrrrrr," Oma smirks and we all roll our eyes while Saihara blushes.

"What about you, Shinguji-san and Amami-san?" Tojo picks up her long skirt to not trip while going down some stairs. "Uh..huh I actually don't know yet," I scratch my neck. "Me as well, I never gave it much thought," Kiyo seconds me. "Waitwaitwaitwaitwait you. Don't. Know?!" Shirogane looks offended. That's literally what I just said but oh well. "Nope." She grabs both of our hands and immediately drags the whole group along to the costume section.

"So I'm thinking for Rantaro, with enough face paint and a bit of tearing on the sleeves you could totally pass for some sort of ghost you know? Like, grim reaper style!" Our blue haired fashionista starts holding outfits up to me. "Here, if I put a few pins there it'll give it a winched waist and if I add a few chains-" She goes on and on, muttering to herself. "So? Amami-kun? Do you like it?" She asks, showing a sketch of a fancier version of the outfit she's holding. "Uh yeah, that looks pretty cool! As long as you're okay with doing that for me haha."

"Alright, Shinguji-kun next, I say you'd look good in red and maybe a high collar- Oh yes, Vampire vibes definitely!" She does the same thing she did to me on him. "That works," Kiyo twirls a piece of his hair in his hand thoughtfully. "Gotcha! Now, let's just grab theseee," she runs off, appearing seconds later with a bunch of accessories. "Now, I think we've got everything!" Akamatsu drags the cart over to the check out stand. "This has to be the best Halloween party ever, you know that right?"
