Chapter 28

Young-Mi's POV:

When I got back to my seat I felt like my heart would come out. It pounded so fast.

I rubbed my chest with light hands and drank some water. It was so intense situation and it felt like I was some detective who is been chased in some murderers.

I could not wait naymore and opened my diary instantly. I had jot down some questions for Ji-Hoonssi.

In the diary :

Ji-Hoonssi I believe you and know you since long. Please just tick in brief to the below questions. I am here to help you. We are in this together.

"Have you been threatened by any means?"-Yes
"If yes, do you know who is it?"- No
"I want to discuss something in person with you. Let's decide upon some place to meet."-Ok. Let's meet at my house after the work hours.

I closed the diary with a slam. "Bang ! I knew it there is something fishy.".

Well, the crucious part of this was that I just went in with a gutt feeling and it turned out correct.

I called Jun-su immediately and went outside near the vending maching.

"Hey! I need a brief call. You free?". I asked.

"Yes, go on." He answered.

"I asked Ji-Hoonssi about it and he said he is threatened and wants to meet up with us. He has called me to his house today.". I said.

"Ok. But so do you want me to acccompany you? It can be dangerous. We still don't know if that is a trap or he is really threatened. He can bve acting up too.". Jun-Su said.

"I understand you concern. But he will doubt and may not open up if we both go. Plus we don't work in the same company so it would be suspicious to him." I said.

"Ok. No problem. Then I will drive you there and you gonna tell me the details while we get there." He said with so much of concern that I could not resist and hence I agreed.

In the evening:

Jun-su and I met in the car parking lot. We decided to go by his car today.

"Lucky I drove by car today. It will help us today." He said.

"Hmm. Let's get in the car and talk. I want to make a phone call too." I said. He nodded.

I dialed Ae-Cha's number. The ring went for a while and we had our seats in the car.

"Hey! Ae-Cha. What's you doing?". I asked.

"Nothing unnie just routine work after school. How are you doing? Workhours over?".

"Yes, I actually called up to tell you about a lead that got. I don't know whether I should say this or not but can you get tans on the call too?."

"Yes wait a minute unnie connecting them too."

Phone went on hold for a while and then she came back. "Sorry unnie they seem busy. I dropped a text to them. Tell me about it I will convey it."

"Ok. So, I think there is something involved with my manager and I am going to meet him now. I will find out about it more and contact you and till then tans may get free too and we can discuss it in more detail." I said.

"Yes why not. But are you going alone? Should I drop by too? At least tell me the address so that if something comes up I know your location. Just for safety."

I told her the address. And as she heard it she seemed to be numb. "Unnie can you repeat the address. Anni. Are you sure this is the address where you going now?" She asked startled.

My phone was on speaker and me n Jun-Su looked at each other with doubts.

"Yes, Why do you seem so startled? Do you know this address?" I asked.

"Unnie that's my address. The exact house you are looking for is my home."

"What !" We both screamed together.

"Does that mean Ji-Hoonssi is your father?" I asked.

"Dae."

And we both were liked fucked up shit. Why this we both had such expressions in our eyes.

"Ok. So, has he arrived home? We are just about to start our way there." I asked.

"Yes, I just received a call before yours that he would come in few minutes. But he did not say anything of you,I mean some guests coming."

"May be he is not sure of us to arrive there." I said. "Its ok. Relax. We will have a meeting togther with you." I tried to make her not worry much.

"Ok. Lets meet you here. Unnie Did you have some snacks or somthing?"

"No."

"Ok.Then see you soon." She said. I hung up.

"Well, that turns out to be the most unexpected point and also seems fate that you followed her that day." Jun-su said.

"Well. Yes. I think so too."

"Now, lets start and tell me what happened today and how you managed to ask him about this." He said while he geared up the car and started out from the parking lot.

"Well, I just wrote few questions in my diary and asked him to mark them. As you said we don't know if we have any accomplices so."

"Oh. That was a smart move. But what did you write in there?". He asked as we drove on the road with decent speed.

I told him in brief about what I did and how I tried to manage to keep Seok out of this.

He laughed for a while and said,"Do you even realise how risky that was. And how come you wrote only such questions being so sure that he was the victim. What if he turned out the one who actually did this. And also if he would have harmed you or got aware that we know something of him then?"

I cut him before he would ask questions non stop and go on like this.

"Well,well I know but you know that gutt feeling. I went with that. And it turned well. So, relax now." He looks cute when he does this concern thing.

"But still I would say don't do such stunts anytime again. Ok?" He said while keeping his hand over mine while pressing it with concern.

"Hmm. So, if this is true then we need to be careful. I think Ae-Cha is in danger too. Because Ji-Hoonssi said he was threatened. But I am not sure and I pray what I am thinking is not true." I said.

"Yes. And so if you are going there keep your bluetooth on all the time. So, if something happens I can come immediately. Do you understand?". He instructed.

I could do nothing but agree.

We almost reached the place. He looked over me and said," Call, Ji-Hoonssi one time."

I dialed up his number and placed my bluetooth on. "Hi Ji-Hoonssi we are about to reach your home. Are you there?".

"I am there but we? Are you coming with someone?"

"No, I mean I am coming in a cab so I told we."

"Ok. See you soon then."

"Ok." I hung up. "You should be careful. You almost gave him hints." He said.

"Hmm. I seem to be nervous somehow thinking of Ae-Cha."

"Calm down. I am there in the car. If something unexpected comes up I will be there right away. Relax and go. We will handle this together." He consoled me. I felt good too.

"Ok. Then I will see you." I kept my bluetooth on and called Jun-su.

I smiled while turning back and started towards the building. I was nervous but then I had to do this for our tans and now for Ae-Cha too. If Ji-Hoonssi is also victim I also need to fight for him and get him out of this too.

I had so many thoughts in my mind. I bucked up my belt and went up.
