Chapter 29

Young-Mi's POV:

I kept mum while I took the elevator. Lots of thoughts were running in my mind and I got a voice from my Bluetooth.

"Hey, chill. Why are you so silent. It will be alright."

Jun-su exactly knew what to say when. Sometimes I think is it because that he and RM have the same sounding names and I am so comfortable with both of them.

Ae-Cha's POV:

I just hung up on the call of Unnie and it made my heart race up like anything. Was dad in any kind of danger? I know my dad won't be doing anything fishy in his life.

I need to ask Dad about it. But he also did not tell me about Unnie coming. First of all, let's sort out the thoughts and gather some courage to face any situation that is on the way.

I am with my dad in any situation and with BTS too. We will sort out this together. While I was sorting these thoughts out, I took out some sandwiches from the fridge and kept them in the oven for heat and unpacked some juice, and prepared some tea for dad.

I wanted to call him so badly that I kept looking at the phone constantly. The sandwiches were ready and I laid everything down on the dining table.

Suddenly, I felt like everything would be alright. Also, I had no other choice but to think that. Negativity, at last, would only worsen the situation.

As I was keeping things ready, the doorbell rang. I quickly went to the door and it was Dad. I could not directly ask him anything. I want him to tell me things when Unnie comes up.

I cannot make him worry more about telling him or asking him things I know out of the blue. "Dad, How was the day? You look extremely tired." I asked.

"Yes, it was a long day. We are having some guests too. They would be coming in a while. I will like you to stay in the room meanwhile I will have a quick shower." He replied.

"Ok. I will prepare some food for you and them. How many are coming? I mean I will prepare accordingly." I asked as if I did not know.

"One. And you too take rest. It might take a while for this to finish." He said heading towards the kitchen.

I immediately blocked his way because if he saw I already prepared the table, I will in trouble answering his questions, and I don't want to make him awkward or something before he meets Unnie.

"Dad, do you want something? I will get it for you. It would be better for you to take shower now, guests can come anytime." I said.

"Oh, you are right. We have some snacks right? Or we can ask for some home deliveries." He asked.

"No, we have some sandwiches. I will heat them. You go and have a hot shower I will manage." I said hiding my anxiety on the face.

He went straight into his room and locked it up. I felt relieved. Few minutes and I was sitting at the dining table thinking of some stuff while I heard the doorbell.

It seems Unnie has arrived. I knocked at Dad's room. "Dad, guests have arrived I guess. Are you done? I am opening up the door. Come soon."

"No, wait I will come 2 minutes." He replied from inside.

"Ok." But the bell kept ringing. So, I went and opened the door and Dad too came back behind me. It was Unnie on the door.

"Hi! Welcome!" I said bowing down. "Hi!", said Dad.

"Hi," Unnie replied. We exchanged glances and she came in.

Young-Mi's POV:

I kept ringing the doorbell in nervousness. Aish! Sometimes I behave like a fool in this nervousness.

"Calm down. It's going to be ok." Jun-su's calming voice soothed me from the Bluetooth.

I hide the Bluetooth behind my hair. I tossed some of my hair in front of the ears to hide it. When the door opened it was Ae-Cha standing with her Dad behind her.

"Hii," I replied to their greetings and went inside.

I know that Ji-Hoonssi won't be knowing my relation with Ae-Cha. So, I just acted out. "Hey, Ae-Cha! How are you? " I asked.

Ae-cha was in astonishment for few seconds and it seemed like her eyes would pop out for a while but she was quick to guess.

"Ya unnie. I am fine. How are you its been a long time we met." She smiled. Ji-Hoon was looking at us in amazement with lots of questions in his eyes.

"How do you know each other? " He asked.

"Dad, she is just an Unnie I met once somewhere. She follows BTS too. So, we chat sometimes nothing else." Ae-Cha replied. Ji-Hoon brushed her hair gently and smiled.

"Ji-Hoonssi if it's ok we can have her too in the meeting," I said.

"Well, ok as there is nothing to hide now." He said as he pointed us to take seats in the living room.

We took seats and Ae-Cha brought some snacks.

"So, Ji-Hoonssi, without wasting time I would like to directly start and get it on the point. You read the diary today right?".

"Yes. But how did you know I was in some kind of trouble?" He asked.

"Well, you seem stressed for few days and I got some tip from someone special and was investigating something which pointed to you. Since I have known you for years I felt you were wronged and framed so I decided to ask it you directly."

"Hmm. Well, I would like to know what you know first."

"Ok." I took out the logs from my bag and passed them on the table towards him. "I got your IP address which is connecting to a specific place from where a crime has taken place and it is serious I am investigating it now."

He took the logs and saw them. He looked surprised. I and Ae-Cha were looking at each other.

"This is my IP indeed. But where is it connecting and how did you get this all?"

"How? I think let's keep it for some other time. The point is this is connecting to BTS's main Wifi router."

"What? To their office? Our partners? "

"Yes, it seems like you don't know about all this. Is it a game plan or you are victimized. I wanted to confirm that so I passed on that notes today to you in office."

"Well, yes. Thanks for reaching out for help first of all. And trust me I have not done this. I was threatened."

"What? Dad are you ok?." Ae-cha asked with so much worry in her voice that anyone could feel it.

"Yes, I am ok." He replied.

"You said you don't know who it is. Can you tell me what exactly happened?".I asked.
