The doctor urged me to respond.

The light on the machine blinked yes. Then the doctor, Dr. Jeff, and Mrs. Mary jumped up in happiness. Doctor Jeff said "I'm so glad that you chose to do the surgery. We will start the surgery tomorrow bright in the morning just like today. Now we will explain to you how the whole process will work. So let's head into my office to discuss the procedure."

Mrs. Mary brought me into his office. When he sat down he looked very serious. Then he told me "Ok it's time to get serious. You are going to need to know when you get the surgery the outcomes won't appear right away. You also may not get all the out comes you want. So far the others who have had the surgery were able to speak, but it may not be positive for you. After the surgery is done you will rest for two weeks. Then we will start you up with physical therapy..."

He continued on to tell me the whole process I'm going to have to go through. Then he said it was time for me to head home and he can't wait to see me tomorrow to do the surgery. As Mrs. Mary was taking me home she said I had a visitor at the orphanage waiting for me. I was anxious to see who it was.

When I arrived at the orphange I saw no one in there through the window. As Mrs. Mary wheeled me inside everyone I knew jumped up and screamed surprise. I made a squeeling noise in shock and happiness.

Mrs. Mary said that she wanted to surprise me before the surgery to take a little of the worry off of me before the surgery. Then two girls walked over and asked Mrs. Mary if they could hang out with me for a little. When she said yes they wheeled me over to a group of girls all sitting in a circle. One of the girls, Brianna, said "We wanted to talk to you because we all were probably really rude to you. I apologize especially since I had no idea that you could understand what I was saying to you."

Every body said "I'm sorry" in agreement. Then Brianna said "We want to talk to you about how our story of how we got here. I'll start. I was only ten years old and my mom was murdered. My dad was framed for her murder, but I don't believe he killed her. I know he's a good man." Then she started to cry then told some one else to go.

Everyone else went the finally the last girl went and her story really touched me. She said "I was five when my dad sent me to and my mom to the America's with out him. We lived in Iran at the time when he sent us here. When I turned ten my mom decided she wanted to go back to Iran to find my dad. She said she would be back in two weeks hopefully with my dad, and that I would be staying at her friends for a while."

She started to cry then continued on. "Once it was two week's I was so excited that my mom would be back and maybe my dad, but then three weeks passed by still my mom was not back. Then finally after it had been a month my moms friend took me to child care and told the story to the child care, and this is how I'm in the orphanage."

After that Mrs. Mary had so many other things planned for the party that were so much fun. Then it got really late so Mrs. Mary sent everyone to bed, so I could wake up for the surgery.
