Prologue - Rising Dragon

Flashback - A few years ago

Greetings, my name is (Y/N) (L/N), and I am the lead vocalist to the band, Rising Dragon. The band is made up of me and my friends from high school. There was me on vocals, Reiji on guitar, Shingo on bass, Kouji on drums and Fubuki on the keyboard. The five of us have been through a lot. Sure, it was Reiji and Shingo who did most of the fighting, but that only made our friendship stronger than ever.

One day, we made plans to do a live show in front of a huge crowd. There was 100,000 people to be exact. The crowd was already going wild as me and my friends took the stage.

"Hello, everyone! We are Rising Dragon!" I called out to the crowd.

They went wild even more.

"Tonight, we wrote a special song just for this specific night. We put a lot of effort into it, so we hope you can appreciate our hard work." I said as the cheers began to die now.

"Here is our song: Rising Within."

First the guitar and bass made their sounds, as well as the keyboard, then the drums, and finally, I began to sing.

After the show...

Our show was a huge success. It was so successful that fans came outside to the dressing room, wanting autographs and pictures from all of us.

"Wow, I never thought we were popular enough to sign autographs." I said to my band members.

"Or take pictures with fans..." Kouji added. He hated being in front of the camera.

"What are you two so worried about? We should be grateful to have all these wonderful fans, who are giving us all of this attention." Shingo said. He really likes showing in front of the female fans.

"Look, let's just go out there, and entertain them for a while." Reiji suggested as everyone agreed.

And that is what we did. Some of us were taking pictures with fans, while the rest of us were signing autographs.

"Excuse me, are you (Y/N) (L/N)-kun, the vocalist?"

I looked up for a brief moment. Standing in front of me was a girl who looks like my age. She had slightly short silver hair and gold eyes.

"Yeah, I am (Y/N)." I said.

"Oh wow, I watched your show earlier." The girl said. "It was so amazing, I want to sing like you and my father someday."

"I see." I responded with a smile. "Well, if you work hard, you can make that dream a reality."

The girl smiled even more.

"I will work hard! I'll do it for you!" The girl said.

"Well, that makes me happy. I wish you luck, umm..."

"Yukina. Minato Yukina."

"Alright, good luck then, Yukina."

Location - Studio Dressing Room

Rising Dragon has been getting more and more popular as time goes by. We had more live shows and more fans approaching us everyday. Music industries did their best to come scout us, but... we didn't swing that way. Regardless, I guess you can say we were on top of the world.
