A month after Future World Fes...
Location - Live House CiRCLE
Your POV
It has now been a month since Roselia was in Future World Fes. I was really moved by the fact that they were willing to dedicate one of their songs to me, no wonder Yukina wanted to keep it a secret from me.
Seeing them on stage gave me flashbacks to me being the vocalist of Rising Dragon, and I want to be able to capture that feeling again. I decided to go for it, but I don't plan on doing it by myself, so after a lot of convincing, I was able to reach out to four certain individuals who feel the same way. I decided to bring them over to CiRCLE, and Marina nearly fainted when she saw us.
"No way! Is that who I think it is?!" Marina exclaimed.
"That's right! Marina-san, these are the other members of Rising Dragon." I said as I introduced her to them.
"Nice to meet you." They all said to her in unison.
"N-No, the honor is all mine." Marina stuttered as her face went red. She might be a bigger fan of us than Yukina.
"Marina-san, do you know if the members of Roselia are here yet?" I asked.
"No, not yet." Marina said once she pulled herself together.
"Oh, do you think you could let us know when they get here?" Fubuki asked.
"Of course! But umm... did you need them for something?" She asked.
"We thought about doing a joint concert with them." I explained.
"I see. A joint concert between Rising Dragon and Roselia will definitely be something that is worth watching." Marina said.
"It is, isn't it?" I said.
"We know that they're most likely taking it easy for a while since Future World Fes is now over." Reiji began.
"But we still want to talk to them about it and see what they think." Kouji finished.
"That is true. Very well, I'll let you know if they decide to show up today." Marina said with a grin.
"Really? Thank you!"
"No problem at all."
Then Shingo came forward.
"Marina-san, was it? Thank you so much for taking care of my good friend, (Y/N). I know he is a bit hopeless sometimes, and doesn't know what he is doing." He began.
"At least I'm not going to end up on some kind of list for flirting with all of those girls..." I muttered to myself.
"Leave it to Shingo to flirt with a female fan that is older than him." Reiji said.
"It's not my fault I have my father's good looks."
Somehow, I'm starting to regret this decision a little bit.
______________________________________50 minutes later...
It was lucky for us that Roselia did show up to CiRCLE. I thought they would be here a bit earlier, but better late than never as they say. Once they arrived, Yukina noticed me and the other members of Rising Dragon.
"Rising Dragon?!" She exclaimed.
"That's right. And you must be Roselia, right?" Reiji asked.
"Umm... uhh..." Yukina tried to speak.
"Yes, we are." Sayo answered.
"So this is your old band, huh (Y/N)?" Lisa asked.
"That's right, and there is something we want to talk to all about." I said.
"About what?" Yukina asked.
"Allow me to explain..."
And so I did. I told them how I thought it would be an interesting idea to have Roselia and Rising Dragon do a performance together. Even though they said they were going to take it easy, they do have the right to know. However...
"We'll do it." Yukina said.
"NANI?!" We all exclaimed.
"You really want to do it?" I asked.
"Yeah, I do. A chance to perform alongside a legendary band is too good to pass up." Yukina said before looking at her bandmates.
"Well, what do you all think?" She asked.
"It might be a bit sudden, but it might be a nice experience to do so." Sayo said, pondering for a moment.
"But I guess it couldn't hurt to do it." She added, and formed a smile.
"Well, if Yukina and Sayo believe we should do it, then you got my vote." Lisa said.
"Count me in!" Ako said.
"I don't mind... taking part in it." Rinko said.
"Then it is decided." Fubuki said.
"I suggest we should do joint band rehearsals together, as well as planning for the event as a group." Shingo suggested.
"Providing that you won't be distracted by flirting with the Roselia girls..." I teased.
"Shut up!"
We all had a good laugh about this, and we didn't waste anytime into getting to work.
______________________________________Evening...
Location - Residential Area
After making the decision to perform together, both bands wasted no time in getting started with rehearsals. It went well, but I have a feeling we can get a lot more done the next day when we meet up.
But now, it was late and all of us began to head home. I was walking Yukina to her house. Lisa would normally join us, but she had other plans and went to Sayo's place instead.
"Excellent rehearsals, as usual." I said to Yukina.
"Thanks, but if anything, Rising Dragon did a better job than we did." Yukina replied.
"You think so?"
"Yes. Despite not seeing each other for years, you guys still managed to stay in sync with each other." She explained.
"Heh, I guess it was mostly instinct." I replied.
"Still, though, I think it is something Roselia can learn from." Yukina went on as a small smile appeared on her face.
"And I think Rising Dragon might be able to learn a thing or two from the legendary Roselia." I said.
That made Yukina smiled. She was still smiling as we made it to her house.
"I guess I will see you tomorrow then." I said.
"Yeah, see you tomorrow." She said and gave me a kiss before going inside.
As I started to head home, I thought about how I am going to do my best for tomorrow. For my band, and for my Yukina.
To be continued
