Sonic POV.

As I ran towards west point I couldn't help but notice the skyscraper sized robots walking around. "Egg man what did you do"?! I said annoyed ducking behind a car. Seems like these guys are eggmans new method for finding rick and y/n, though how did he build these so fast? Come to think of it he built a lot of giant robots before that would take days for someone to build or come up with! I was still at the city's limits so there was no place to get into the sewers. If one of those big robots spots me I'm in trouble. I hid behind a car on the freeway and peeked over the hood. None of them were looking this way. "Mr. sonic"! I heard the voice of a small child call to me. I turned my head to the left to see a little monkey girl. She waved me over to her and I quickly dashed over. "That has to be you only one hedgehog is that fast"! I smirked under my visor and nodded. "Mrs. Spots needs help! Oh and I'm Dora by the way"! She giggled pulling on my arm. "Hurry I know a quick way to the city of the forgotten"!

I nodded as she dragged me down the freeway away from the city. "I've been waiting here ever since you left! Pastor Donavon said you went to get medicine for Mrs. Spots"! Hmm that must be what she calls y/n. she led me over to a bush and jumped in. "come on hurry"! She pleaded. I hopped into the bush and fell through a hole landing on my butt. "Ok that kind of hurt". I mumbled as she tugged on my arm hard. "Hurry I thought you were supposed to be the fastest thing alive"?! This kid has an attitude, I like her already. I quickly got up and started to follow her through the intricate tunnels deeper and deeper into the planet.

Eventually we came out of the same hole I left from. "You got it from here"? She asked hopeful. I nodded and took off towards the hospital making it there in no time. I busted through the doors my heart racing as I found the doctor from before. "I have the sample! Fix her please"! I begged as he nodded taking it from me. "Good show lad let us take care of her". He rushed off with it into another room leaving me alone. "I see you were successful"! Said pastor Donavon as he walked over patting me on the back. "Let's get you on your way to the tree we took from the surface, the doctors need time alone with poor y/n"!

I reluctantly nodded as he led me out of the hospital through the streets of this town. "You know, your friends will find this place eventually they almost did once, and I wanted to ask, if you would lead your friends back to your home? The tree your friend tails is trapped in, well his body is here in the underground. So if anything happens and this place comes under attack I'm sure you would be devastated if something happened to it"! I sighed and nodded. "So you want me to take my friend back home and leave? What makes you think I will just abandon y/n when they're in so much pain"? I asked narrowing my eyes and removing my helmet.

"Well rick could never find this place of course! We all took great measures to keep this place hidden and if it's found by your friends who want to capture or kill our fallen angel". He said waving his hands. He didn't have to finish that sentence. I was smart enough to know that would be the end of things. Though I doubt they would kill her, it would however, take a lot convincing for them to let her become a member of our family. "You are right about one thing. I'm going to have to get tail's tree out of here". We walked into a large building with a rusty sign that hung above it. The sign read pastors greenhouse, all welcome!

When he opened the door I saw Tikal kneeling in front of the tree with her hands folded. Was she praying? "Hey Tikal"! There was no response from her. I glanced around and saw chaos sitting down with his legs crossed. He looked like he was meditating. Scattered around Tikal in the air were the seven chaos emeralds. I walked over and waved my hands in front of their faces. "Hello anyone home"?! There was still no response. She suddenly opened her eyes a few moments later making me jump back in surprise. "Oh greetings sonic! Were you successful"? She asked with a smile. I quickly nodded. "She should be feeling better soon, what were you doing anyways"? She smiled and motioned to the tree. "I was trying to connect with the spirit of this tree; I was successful and learned that tails has-".

An explosion suddenly rocked the building. "Oh now what"? I asked tired of the fighting for once. "Oh that must be knuckles! I took the liberty of letting him and the others know that we are down here"! I did the single biggest face palm I had ever done. "Tikal"? I said as kindly as possible. "This is all supposed to be a secret". She frowned and bowed her head. "Please forgive me sonic I was not aware of that"! I shook my head and sighed. "It's alright, now if you excuse me I have to do damage control". I zoomed out of the building and down the street seeing a large dust cloud not too far away. I swerved around Mobians left and right making it there in the nick of time to see knuckles, Amy, shadow and blaze along with silver who was having a fist fight with a male kangaroo. It seems like silver accidentally stepped on their flowers outside of his house.
