Y/n POV.

It was about  an hour or two of running I managed to make it back home. I began to do rounds asking if anyone needed food considering the truck I just jacked wasn't to big of a shipment, and to with no surprise they would indeed need food. Suddenly little Dora runs down the steps and hugs me. "Mrs spots did you hear"?! she asked excitedly as I hug her back and pet her on the head. "hear what dora"? her eyes seem to shine like stars as she pulls out a poster of the sonic and company. "the hero's of Mobius are in west point"! So they are famous?

"hey kiddo I only heard about these guys earlier today, can you please tell me where they came from and who they are"? she puts her hand on her face and gasps then she motions for me to sit down as she prepares a big speech. what have I gotten my self into?
she goes on about a fat man in a red suit named eggman and how he used his robots to hurt people and take their things and is always trying to rule the world. Seriously how have I not heard of these guys? Though come to thin of it he sounds like that fat guy who kidnapped me.

then she talks about these metal dudes who are unrelated to eggman that stole something from the planet and sonic and company got it back saving the world. She also talked about a distant world called earth that they told tales of how the inhabitants are called humans and they are much taller then us. well I only saw this eggman in his floating pod thing but yea he was big all right.

I pat her on the head gently and stood back up. "OK kiddo I need to get going the town needs more food again". she nods then quickly  scurries off. I returned to the church and armed myself before returning topside. Once I was I jumped along roof tops gazing at the starless night sky. "this world is beautiful yet so ugly with all the filth and evil....... but as it tries its hardest no matter what comes its way to stay a good place that is what makes it beautiful.

I came to a sudden stop and look down hearing a short cry for help followed by silence. Below me a puma and her daughter were getting mugged by a small group of three polar bears. "I hate bullies, but oh this is gong to be such fun". now most people prefer big guns or knives, but me? I prefer the classics. I pull out my manriki chain  and stealthily climb down a fire escape and land quietly in the shadows behind them as they stole the ladies purse.

Each one let out a sickening laugh and largest of them rips the little girl away. The mother cries and begs for them to spare her daughter while two of them held the mother against the stone  wall. "wow what a pretty puma and her little cub. How about we take them both have some fun with the mom and sell the kid"? The large one asked as the others laugh and nod as the mother continued begging them not to hurt her daughter as the girl cried out for help. OK that's enough of that. I wrapped my chain around the throat of the one to the girls right and pull him back into the darkness kicking and screaming.

He only to one punch to the nose before passing out cold. The large one let go of the mother and the last one holding the girl tossed her aside into some trash cans. The mother raced to her side as I slowly stepped out of the dark swinging my manriki chain around. "you guys don't look like your going to surrender if I asked nicely". The one that held the little girl charged me as I jumped out of the way dropping my chain into a black portal. Time for something a little more hands on. The portal engulfed my hands and then vanished leaving me equipped with my neko-te. The second one turned to charge me but I slashed him across the chest with both claws making him stumble and fall over motionless. "w-what the hell did you do to him"?! The large one asked terrified now. "the answer is very simple this weapon is meant for lethal and none leather take downs". I lift up my hands into the air with blood dripping from the tips of the claws. 

"they are covered in a special toxin given to me by an acquaintance". he turned around to run leaving himself wide open. I  dashed forward than slashed him across the back paralyzing him. "don't worry the effect only lasts for a few hours". I'm suddenly pulled on my tail and I whip around to see the little puma girl. "thank you".  she whispers shyly as I nod my head. The mother scrambles to her purse and grabs her child and grabbed her phone to call the police. she looks up at where I was and I'm long gone. Jeez what a thanks lady.
