Ella didn't know what to do about the fact she could have been pregnant. She knew that deep down, she couldn't handle it. And she wanted to make something of her life before she even thought about kids.

When she woke that morning, she saw Cal sitting on the bed. He smiled. "You okay babe?" He asked as he kissed her.

Ella nodded. "Yeah. What are we going to do if I am pregnant?"

Cal smiled and kissed her. "We deal with it. I know we can. And it will be okay. I promise you," he told her.

Ella smiled. Hoping he was right. And she had to hope that they could both do it.

Ella went into work. Kenzie was there. She smiled. "Hey. So I'm tired. I've been awake all night having sex. How is your life going?" She asked.

Ella rolled her eyes and smiled. "I'm taking a test tonight. And then me and Cal are going to talk about it," she told her.

Kenzie smiled and nodded. "Good. I think that if you are pregnant, then you and Cal can make it work. I know you both can."

Ella nodded. She sighed. "I hope so. I just... I don't wanna go through this pregnancy. And he doesn't even want this."

"You both just have to talk about it."

Cal stood by reception. He had Iain standing with him. "You and Kenzie. You're having a kid right? Do you feel good about it?" He asked.

Iain nodded. "Course I do. I just know it won't be easy. Babies are challenging. You trying to tell me Ella is pregnant?"

Cal sighed and shrugged. "I don't know. She's late. And she's been throwing up. And I know we're not exactly careful. But I just don't know if it's what I want."

"I felt like that at first. But it all changes when you see your baby on that screen. You feel a love kick in that you didn't think you'd have," Iain told him as he walked off.

Cal nodded. He knew he wanted to be a father. But he was worried after the whole situation with Taylor and Matilda.

Ella was sitting in the staffroom. Cal walked in and smiled. "Hey. So I got you a test. We can do it later if you want?"

Ella nodded. She sighed. "Do you want this? I know we didn't plan it. And we're not careful. But do you want this?" She asked.

Cal sat down and took her hand. "I don't know. I know that if you are pregnant then I will support you. And that's a promise."

Ella nodded. She looked into his eyes. "That's all I want. I just... if I am pregnant, then I don't want to do it alone. That's my biggest fear," she told him.

"You won't be alone. I'll be here with you. I promise."

The two of them went back to Ella's flat. Cal took her hand and smiled. "It'll be okay. You know that don't you?" He asked.
