ALCOHOL IS GREAT

ALCOHOL IS GREAT. Ja'eda's birthday came around some months ago  we did all the things I wanted to do on my own 17th birthday. I got high, drunk and all the shit in between. I was so intoxicated by pretty much everything, I don't actually remember much of that entire day. It was like a fever dream to me.

My real 18th birthday is tomorrow, so Peter's inviting all of us over to his house to do a repeat of Ja'eda's party. Also, since our Senior Year starts soon, this might be the perfect way to celebrate.

"So, what time should we be at yours?" Ned asks Peter.

"Late." Peter answers. "May's going out for the weekend and she's not leaving 'till 9."

As of lately, Peter's become a lot more ambitious. By that, I mean that he's extremely rebellious. He's done a lot of bad stuff that May banned him from doing, like unprotected sex, weed and alcohol. Of course, he does this at responsible amounts so he's not a complete crackhead. Still, it's a different side to him that I don't mind seeing more often. Plus, he does all of this while being Spider Man at the same time. I'd hate to be in his shoes.

"Please tell me you're going to have...the stuff." Von says in a hushed tone.

"Are you kidding?" Peter chuckles, taking the bag of weed out of his pocket discreetly. "Who do you think I am?"

"Oh and Jordyn, you're getting the alcohol." Ja'eda says.

"Why me? I shouldn't be buying shit on my own birthday. Why can't MJ buy the alcohol?"

"Because MJ doesn't drink." MJ speaks in the 3rd person. "She also doesn't smoke blunts so I hope there's apple juice at your house."

"We have apple juice." Peter chuckles. "Plus, Jordyn you're the oldest."

"Actually, Von's the oldest." I huff.

"Von is also buying the magic mushrooms from the local plug in his neighbourhood." Von speaks in the 3rd person too.

"Alright, whatever."

The six of us make our way to a café around the block and we order our usual's. This place has kind of become our hang out spot, the type that the 'main' friendship group always have in those Disney Channel series'.

"Thank you." I say when the waitress hands me my drink.

As she hands drinks around to the table, I look at Peter through the corner of my eye to see how incredibly hot my boyfriend is.

He's stopped using all that gel in his hair, meaning his naturally wavy hair is thriving. A strand of it sits in front of his face, just above his forehead and he uses one of his veined hands to brush it out of the way.
