Chapter 10

"What?" I say, dumbfounded. This boy can't be his brother, he's dead."It can't be.'

"Do you know your sister when you see her even if it's just a glance?" He asks this with concern in his eyes. I do. I stare down at my feet. 

"It's still very unlikely."

"We have to find out what they're hiding." He has a new found edge in his voice.I never realized just how involved in this he was until now. "I'll get Anna and James. You find out what's going on."  I don't really want to split up. "Take this." He hands me a phone. "Only text on it. Don't draw any un-necessary attention. We don't want to be found, now do we?" His normal tone has returned. Only now do I realize I'm crying. "Hey it'll be alright. Don't be upset. We'll get them back. Do it for Anna and Hayden."

"Who's Hayden?

"Our daughter." At this, he smiles. It's still weird to me that I have a daughter, but she isn't alive yet. I start to head off, but Ben stops me and puts his hands on my shoulders. "Be careful." he kisses my forehead.

"I will."

"Sector 3" I read on a door. I've had to avoid quite a few guards, this place is crawling with them. Suddenly, a guard sees me. "OI!" he yells, scottish accent blaring. I run as fast as I can towards sector two. I turn left- into another guard. I punch him in the face and bite him so hard he bleeds. When he reaches up to stop the bleeding, I run. I make it to sector two and feel a sharp pain in my thigh that causes me to fall.

"JANE!" I hear Anna scream, but it's too late.

"Anna!" I say as loud as I can. I see the butt of an officers gun and then black.
