Things That Should Be Made Known Pt. 7

After Story Notes:

🔹Zhou Zishu does intent to marry Wen Kexing. He really does love him now, even if he still has trouble saying the exact words out loud. Communication is not his strong suit but he is trying his best to keep Wen Kexing - someone who Zhou Zishu, now that he knows he is allowed to have, is not willing to let go of.

🔹Being back at the Four Seasons Manor has put Zhou Zishu more at ease, especially when he is basically playing house with Wen Kexing and the three teens. Like Wen Kexing, he fears that maybe this really is all a dream and he doesn't want it to ever end. He has his own uncertainty over the peace that has managed to settle over them the last few months. He does his best not to show it or voice though, because he can sense that Wen Kexing also has his own doubts. He wants to be able to appear composed so that Wen Kexing can be allowed to not have to be.

🔹Since Wen Kexing and Gu Xiang are not in the Ghost Pamphlet, Ye Baiyi does not know of their connections to the Ghost Valley and therefore is not out for Wen Kexing's head. Wen Kexing's name is still relatively unknown and therefore, no rumors have been spread about him. Xie Wang made sure of that.

🔹Behind the scenes, Xie Wang and Han Ying have grown really close. Xie Wang thinks that he is finally understanding what Wen Kexing meant when he stated his feelings towards Zhou Zishu. Eventually, Han Ying does find out just who Xie Wang is and they had their own brief break from one another but they eventually - as all soulmates do - find their way back together and talk things out. They speak of the glazed armor, Xie Wang needs it for his Yifu, Han Ying wants it for Zhou Zishu. Because Wen Kexing does not make any copies of the glazed armor, Helian Yi still does not have any pieces. Xie Wang tells Han Ying of the Sword Immortal that has already sought out help for Zhou Zishu (He may or may not still be keeping tabs on Wen Kexing just in case) and of how he seemed to find someone who can help Zhou Zishu. Han Ying is relieved and in his relief, he kisses Xie Wang. This is their first kiss, months spent dancing around one another.

🔹Zhang Chenling really does see Wen Kexing and Zhou Zishu as his parents, with Gu Xiang as a sister and Cao Weining as a brother (in-law). Gu Xiang is just happy to have a family too and has grown increasingly fond of Cao Weining that she doesn't mind the idea of marrying him so much anymore. Cao Weining is just happy to be able to be accepted to welcomely. Able to spend time with the girl he loves and the family he is hopefully able to marry into. Whether they live at his sect or at the Four Season Manor, Cao Weining doesn't particularly care. As long as he's able to be by these people.
