As the usual routine went on, the screaming, the pain, the tears, etc.. I heard a rather unusual scream. It was a cry of immense pain, that I knew for sure, but it wasn't caused by me. It was as if it was calling for me. That has never happened before.

Just then, my eyes shot open as I sat forward quickly. Gasping for air immediately,"What-?!" I shouted, grabbing my chest and running a panicked hand through my unusually long hair. I looked around and saw that I was in an ethereal cave behind a waterfall. Overgrown vines were everywhere and I was laying on a slab of stone. "Great. I finally awaken and I'm gifted with back problems." I grunted, cracking my aching back. But then I instantly held my head in pain once the cry for immediate help rang through my ears again.

"Grey demon?" I questioned as I slowly stood up, wobbling with every step. I probably look like a toddler trying to walk for the first time. I noticed I was still in my plain white dress that reached my lower thigh and no shoes. "Ah. I'm glad the king had my best interests at heart." I said to myself with obvious sarcasm, although I realized no one was around to hear me complain.

I walked out of the cave and simply walked through the barrier that was supposedly meant to protect me. The scenery around me was beautiful. Then I noticed a kingdom not to far from me. "Huh. They hid me right under their noses in the human realm. Smart."

I tried to use my powers but I was too tired and drained. My magic was used to keep me alive throughout my forced sleep.

But then that scream for help called out to me once again. That's when I felt recharged, somehow instantly. My demonic markings resurfaced, taking over my entire body, my goddess-like, white feathery wings appearing, and I could feel my eyes glow a dark red. I spread my angelic-like wings while my demonic marks consumed more than half my body, and took flight towards my hurting subordinate.

Are grey demons a normal thing now? And how the hell did it wake me up? Maybe the demon race won the Holy War after all?

After we jumped out of the hole Ban oh so brilliantly created, we were immediately in defensive mode. The holy knights protected Elizabeth, who kept yelling at them to let her go so she can get closer to the imminent danger.

The newly transformed Hendrickson came sauntering out of the cave he created with his strength he had stolen from the grey demon.
