third person pov—

Taking notice of two Albion's being destroyed in separate locations, Galand suddenly bursted with laughter, "How amusing!" He shouted. Melascula tilted her head toward him, "What is it you find so funny?"

He raised his armored hand, "Who'd have ever imagined that even now there'd still be people daring to stand against the Demon Race?" Galand questioned rhetorically, tightening his hand into a determined fist as he stood to his feet, "Right. Let's go." Melascula stood after him, "You're not considering heading out there with your powers still depleted, are you?" She asked him curiously.

"Why not? It'd be a perfect warm-up exercise! Or do you actually think they'll defeat me?" Galand glances over his shoulder toward his closest demon friend, standing tall as he asks.

Zeldris suddenly teleported in front of the 13 foot something demon, "Now, wait a minute. Have you forgotten it was this kind of arrogance that led to our being sealed up in the first place?"

But Galand was unfazed, "Well, memory loss in old men can be rather severe." He joked.

Gloxinia joined in from behind Galand, "So, what direction are you gonna take?" He asked, referring to which location he'd investigate. The tall demon placed his hand on his chin, "Hmm.. Let me see." He spoke thoughtfully. "I noticed something northwest of here. For a minute there were multiple power levels that had doubled the Albion's. However, the one in the south was strange because that Albion seemed to self-destruct. As if somehow it's own power was slammed right back into itself." Gloxinia informed, his brow peaked in curiosity toward the south.

"It actually felt familiar for a second.." Gloxinia's green tentacle went to his chin, a familiar feeling in his chest.

Galand hummed before placing their hand on Gloxinia's pink hair, patting lightly, "Hey, thanks a lot!" He cooed childishly. "I'm ready!" He declared, staring toward the south side of their base. Then be shot off the hill and disappeared into the sky.

Zeldris looked after him until Galand's armor couldn't be seen.

For a second, he himself felt his chest tighten with familiarity. Zeldris thought nothing of it, believing it to be one of the effects from being sealed for so long. Until Gloxinia described the same feeling of familiarity.

But why did it feel so familiar? What set off such a feeling inside him?
