"Hi, Cedric." I smile, hugging the boy waiting for me in front of the Three Broomsticks.

"Hi, Y/n." he smiles back, returning the hug. "I've saved us a seat." He turns around and holds the door open. I nod in response, entering the building.

He moves in front of me leading me to a table in the back corner. I sit with my back to the wall as he takes his place in front of me. From my peripheral vision, I watch as a tall person in dark clothing, discreetly enters and sits down, two tables down from us.

I look over Cedric's shoulder, eyeing the guy who sat down as he faces me. Finally he removes his hood, revealing brown hair, sunglasses, and a stick-on mustache. He lowers the glasses, revealing his all too familiar grey eyes as he winks before putting them back on.

Draco.

I furrow my eyebrows at the stupid boy as he leans back in his chair crossing his hands behind his head. Cedric gets up to get us drinks.

"Butter beer?"

"Please." I smile at him. Once he finally walks away my head shoots to Draco. "What the fuck did you do with your hair?" I hiss across the tables.

"I had to be discreet and not stand out. Platinum hair seems to scream 'Malfoy'."

"Did you dye it?"

"Of course not. Don't be daft." he scoffs and I assume rolls his eyes. "Temporary spell."

"You know that mustache looks like bullshit right?"

"It does not!" he argues, patting it down with his fingers.

"Shut up." I whisper as I see Cedric making his way back.

"Hi." he speaks awkwardly.

I press my lips together wondering why he's still acting so awkward. He sets my drink in front of me, proceeding to sit down beside me. Draco, rushes to stand and walk away as Cedric is now facing him.

"Hi?"

"Sorry, I don't mean to come off so awkward. I just clam up around you." he chuckles.

"I see." I nod my head as if understanding.

"So..."

"So...?" I mimic him.

"How have your classes been? You're still taking Divination, right?" Draco walks back and sits down at the same table with his back to us.

"Yes. I am." I smile.

"I hated that class." He chuckles. "I finished with a good mark but it was complete bullshit. Trelawney is out of her mind." I furrow my brows at this statement.

"Professor Trelawney is wonderful and I happen to love that class." I argue.

"To each their own I guess. I don't think the insanity of Trelawney is much of an opinion though." he shrugs. I scoff, rolling my eyes.

"I had a nice time with you..." Cedric looks anxiously at his shoes.

"That's good." I say kindly, not returning the comment.

"Maybe we can do this again?"

"I don't know yet. I'll think about it." I respond, still pissed off by the awkwardness of the date after he started being an ass.

"Okay." He grins. "I'll see you then." He leans down attempting to capture my lips in his own. I turn my head at the sound of footsteps causing his lips to collide with my cheek.

"Mr. Diggory, may I ask why you're here in the dungeons near the Slytherin common room when you should be anywhere else?" Snapes voice calls through the hall in a growl.
