"I think you need to get back to your dorm, Darling." Sirius smiles down at me as I fall forward into his arms.
"No, I don't think so." I attempt to shake my head as it drops onto his chest. "Do I have to, Remus?" I look over at him rolling his eyes at the two of us.
"Yes. Now." He pulls me off of Sirius.
"Bye, bye, doggie." I reach over and pat Sirius' head.
"Maybe I regret telling you about that..." He furrows his brows.
"No, no... I like it." I grin looking up and feeling his face. "Give me a lil growl..." My voice sounds slurred.
Remus begins dragging me away. "Alright, Y/n time to go."
"What's the problem, Rem?" Sirius' voice is loaded with sarcasm.
"Yeah, Rem.. What's the problem?" I raise a single brow at him as I look up to see his face.
"You're drunk, Y/n." He ignores us.
"NO!" I gasp, slapping my hand over my mouth. I hear Sirius chuckle behind us as Remus drags me forward.
"No more alcohol for you."
"Yes, sir." I salute.
"Don't call me that." He rolls his eyes.
"Sorry, sir."
"Y/n.." He warns.
"Sir?" I look at him expectantly. As I turn my head over, he's already bending down and has his arms around my thighs. He stands, pulling me over his shoulder and continues walking.
"Yeah, I guess I asked for that." I sigh, not fighting his treatment of me. I relax my body, falling limp, and allowing my torso to dangle at his back. "Are you taking me to my dorm?" I ask.
"No." His words are clipped.
"Why not?"
"Too far."
"Ahhh, I see." I grin. "So where we goin'?" I begin to drum against his ass with my hands.
"My flat."
"Your what?!" I lift my torso, now standing upright in his arms.
"You're drunk, Y/n. You're drunk and loud and obnoxious. I'm not walking you through the doors of Hogwarts like this, so we're going to sober you up." I relax and lay myself back over his shoulder.
"Hmmm... Okay. I concur."
"It wasn't up for discussion." His voice is annoyed.
"What's up with you?" I furrow my brows.
"What do you mean?"
"You're being an ass."
"No, I'm not."
"Yes. You are. I get this sassy attitude from Snape, I don't need that shit from you. So what the fuck?"
Remus sighs, setting me onto the ground in front of him. He stands for a moment, staring at me. he attempts to gather his thoughts, at war with himself over what to say. I wait patiently for an explanation. His eyes drop to the ground for a moment before looking back up to mine. This time they're confident.
"Well?" I ask, now growing impatient. "I know I can be a bit much sometimes but it's nothing new. If you're tired of it then just fuck off and don't spend every waking hour of your days with me."
He shakes his head at my words before leaning forward and kissing me. His arm wraps around my waist, pulling my body against his.
I part my lips for him. I smell the sweetness of his breathe and taste it on his tongue. My hands slide up into his hair pulling him down to me, sinking deeper into his touch.
"Remus.. what--" I interrupt.
"Just shut up..." He stops me, pressing his lips back into mine.
"How far away is your flat?" I ask, sounding breathless.
"Just down the road." He answers with the same breathless voice.
I pull away, grabbing his wrist and tugging him in the direction of his home.
