THESE ARE NOT CANON, DON'T COME FOR ME! These take place in different time periods, this one being in 2001 during the holidays.
I had graduated the same year I was supposed to, the year the battle of Hogwarts had happened, but that was years ago.
Ron and I have been dating for 3 years now, having started dating soon after the war ended, we have our ups and downs like any relationship but I love him more than words can explain, and I can't picture my life with out him to be honest.
On this day we were going to the Burrow, it's Christmas time and Molly would kill us if we didn't show up, she's been insisting everyone come home for the holidays, no exceptions ever since Fred died.
I can't really say I blame her though.
Even though we don't talk about it now, we all know how hard it was on her when Percy went those 3 years without talking to his family after his fight with Arthur.
That alone almost killed Molly, but losing Fred? I can't imagine what she went through, and still goes through for that matter.
Ron and I had been planing on going anyway, we had a REALLY BIG SURPRISE for everyone!
I couldn't wait to see the look on Molly's face when she found out another one of her sons is getting married!
She loves Fleur, now anyways, she used to hate her before Bill's accident.
I'm getting off track....
We arrived at the Burrow right on time, we'd decided to get there a few day before Christmas, as I wanted to help Molly with the meal, it's not easy cooking for over 10 people!
Especially not when Ron's there, he'd probably eat the whole meal by himself if I let him.
Of course, as soon as we get there, we hadn't even made it past the front door, Ron makes a beeline for the fridge.
The nerve of that man! Not even hugging his mother!
She never seems to mind though, I think she kind of expects it from him at this point.
I had hidden my ring in my bag as to wait until Christmas day to tell everyone, not that Ron had noticed.
I hugged Molly and told her I'd be right back, that I wanted to bring our luggage up to Ron's old room, that was when she got that all too familiar look on her face, she wasn't going to let that happen, not in her house.
