We woke up feeling sore but at least Frost and I slept well. The girls made breakfast and we ate.
Mom called the helicopter will be here by ten instead.
We cleaned the place and put new bedding and washed the towels and sheets and put them away. We took our belongings and the ice chest down with the food we had left. The beer and wine were finished.  We put the trash in the container.  We made it to the clearing after a half mile hike. We were happy to see the pilot. We loaded up with what we had. We got to see how bad it was out there . He flew us over Frosts property which was in good shape. We flew by Lyns to my place to see if it was safe for Lyn and Barry to drive to the estate . We landed on the back of my property and unloaded everything.
The pilot said good luck. We thanked him. Barry loaded up our stuff in my hummer and we left.
Babe at least we have food here from hunting still and the pantry is stocked.  Yeah the generator is working too. I am glad we got it when we did.  I have to call my agent and send him the photos of my jeep, remove the jeep and see what I am going to get. Now,  new jeep payments will begin.

I got online last night and ordered a new jeep. This week  once it's safe. I will get it. The roads are still to unsafe to try to help others.  I called the captain.  He said for us to work in our neighborhood to help out.  Let's go out and see who needs our help via walking.  We better get our coats and walking boots on and bring the medical supplies I do have but leave some here just in case.  We checked on our neighbors.  The elderly man, Fredrick O'Brian, said he was okay for now. Jane told him if the power goes off again to come over and he would stay with us. He was glad because his son and daughter couldn't make it to get him. Becca spoke with his children and reassured them we would keep him warm and fed. They were grateful.
We continued to walk the area. We made it to the church which was five miles away. Jane helped clean the fallen items. She cleaned up the broken glass and boarded up the windows with tables. The tables was the only solution to keep the warmth in and the roads being closed  prevented us from getting a glass company or plywood to cover or repair the windows. I did first aid and gave tetanus shots.  We finally made it back to our home close to eight and hungry.  The generator kicked in. Jane went to get our neighbor  Frederick O'Brian while I got towels for him to use. He had his ice chest full of perishables and meat.  We put these items in the refrigerator. Frederick sandwiches tonight because of the late hour with tomato soup.  We need to know allergies and medical history. 
Also any medication you are on so we can continue to make sure.  Dr. O'Malley I am almost out of my blood pressure medication. Let me see what you are taking and we will make adjustments in what food to help you maintain your levels.  I will see about what I can do on the medication..
Becca left and called the pilot to ask him to pick up a prescription and more medical supplies. 
Babe I ordered Frederick his blood pressure medication and a few others along with medical supplies.  The pilot will pick them up and fly here around midnight. Jane and Dr. O'Malley thank you.  I know I wasn't the nicest person when you moved here with you being lesbians.  Frederick thank you. Not everyone knows how to accept us but it's okay.  Frederick use our landline and call your son and daughter.  Thank you.
Frederick called his family.
Dr. O'Malley,  my daughter would like to speak with you.
This is Becca.  Dr. O'Malley thank you for taking our father in. He just came home last week from the hospital after he lost his balance.  He likes to sneak his beer with his meds. Yes. We saw that. I gave him a lecture already.  His blood pressure medications and a few others I called in for refills. We hired a pilot to pick them up for us. My brother had them but can't make it there. Yes , the pharmacist told me he just refilled it. I couldn't order it under his name. I ordered it as extra supplies for my medical supplies.  We will take good care of Fredrick and make sure he doesn't drink when he takes his medication. Dr. O'Malley I will behave. If you hadn't checked on me, I would be in bad shape. Fredrick finish talking to your daughter.
Fredrick gave me permission to see his medical records.  I faxed them a copy of the request signed  by him. I recognized the name that my mother combined over medicating him.  I reviewed his medical notes and see the doctors who change his medications and his primary care physician changes it back.
Fredrick I reviewed the notes. Fredrick I noticed each time you went to the ER a doctor change your medicine and your doctor changes it again. Yes,my doctor says they have no right doing that . Do you give me permission to speak to Dr. MARTIN? Yes.
I call my mother.
Dr. Martin I have one of your former patients here with me. We are neighbor's.  My girlfriend and I have him staying with us.  I ordered to see his medical records and noticed you changed his meds and his pcp changed them again . Frederick says you and others in the ER shouldn't have done that. What is your medical reason for changing them?
I knew my mother was fuming but kept her composure.  She was texting me on my cell while we were talking on the land line.

Frederick is your son or your daughter have medical rights to speak to your doctor? Yes its my son. I would like to talk to him. Okay.  He dials the number for me. John this is Dr. O'Malley I reviewed your father's records and have some concerns.  I am going to change his medications to lower dosages of the current medications he takes to one pill per day instead of two. His doctor has been over medicating him.  I am going to report him to the medical board but please look for another doctor and discontinue seeing this doctor immediately. Thank you Dr.  O'Malley I will tell my sister who is a lawyer to go after him. I agree with you. May I talk with my father? Yes.
I hand him the phone.  Fredrick John would like to talk to you.
Babe this doctor has been prescribing him too much  medication. I show Jane my mother's texts.  Jane is pissed and calls her captain.  The captain wants us to send us the documentation so the attorney can go after this doctor and they would arrest him today.
Jane thanks I really dislike when doctors do this and the elderly believe their too. Me too.  He is staying with us. Becca ordered more supplies. We  made it to the church by us and back. We need to stay here tomorrow so Becca can make sure these changes are okay.  Jane just check on your neighbors than.  I will captain.
I call his daughter Suzanne and told her what my captain and Becca are doing.
Jane this is a blessing. We would of never known if it wasn't for this storm and Dr.  O'Malley's findings. Suzanne Dr.  Martin is her mother but your dad doesn't know.  I understand.  I will file the documents with the court and will need Dr. Martin, the other ER doctors and Dr. O'Malley to testify.  I will let Becca know that and she will tell her mother. She has lowered his dosages to half. She will not go anywhere tomorrow so she can monitor.  I will be only checking on the neighbors. I have to go get the supplies from the pilot. Jane is Dr.  O'Malley the owner of the Vineyards the same I am curious? Yes.  I will make sure my firm orders from her Vineyards wine for our upcoming events.
