Keqing and Ganyu are yet again on call, when Ganyu asks her if she could talk about Beidou for a couple minutes. Keqing mutes herself to do an audible sigh, but then unmutes to respond with, "Sure!"

"Being with Beidou has brought me so much happiness. I love being around her and she's so fun, right?" asks Ganyu. "Yeah! I'm glad you're dating her, Ganyu. To me, you're the most special person I know, so your happiness is important," replies Keqing.

A silence is heard and thoughts race through Keqing's mind.

Was that too obvious?

Oh god, I'm not her most important person, am I-

"Same! Even if I'm dating Beidou, I still have the most fun with you, Keqing. You somehow always know exactly what to say, no matter the situation," replies the qilin, her tinkling laugh echoing in Keqing's headset, before Ganyu wishes her goodnight and ends the call.

Almost immediately, a massive grin appears on Keqing's face.

She attempts to stop smiling so much from such simple words.

But she just can't help herself from loving Ganyu.

About a week later, while they have lunch, Ganyu interrupts Keqing as she eats her food and drags her away from the table, muttering a quick, "We'll be back," as she does so.

"Wait, Ganyu, what are you hurrying so much for? Ganyu!" exclaims Keqing, as they stop in a deserted area of the school. "I need to tell you something important," she says. She holds onto Keqing's shirt and looks down, causing the latter to flush a little, as she lifts her head up again, and voice shaking, full of emotion, she whispers, "B-Beidou... she, uhm, uh..."

"What? What did she do?" asks a panicked Keqing. "She... kissed me," says Ganyu, her voice getting lower and lower by the second as she lets go of Keqing's shirt.

Keqing's heart drops, and tears threaten to form at the corner of her eyes, but she wills herself to not react this way, and instead, forms a smile on her face.

"Whoa! Ganyu, that's amazing! Did it feel nice?" she responds. "... Mhm. Her lips were so soft... and she had her hand in my hair and everything. It was just once, but it was fucking incredible," replies the adeptus. Keqing giggles at her swearing, and pulls her back to lunch as she pats Ganyu's back in support.

They sit back at the table, and Ganyu excuses herself to go to the bathroom. Xiangling's already gone because she had cooking class and wanted to get there early, so it's just Keqing, Chongyun and Xingqiu.

"Love, what's wrong?" asks a concerned Xingqiu. "W-What do you mean, ahaha, I'm fine!" replies Keqing in a rush. "You're definitely not, I can see you shaking from here. What was it that Ganyu told you to make you react this way?" says Chongyun.

Tears roll down Keqing's face at this, leaving the boys in shock at seeing the usually calm and collected girl break down like this. They leave their places and go to pat her gently. "Promise you won't tell anyone, b-but, I... like Ganyu," stutters Keqing. "Oh god, I feel bad. And let me guess, you were bearing Ganyu and Beidou's relationship until Ganyu told you they kissed, didn't she?" asks Xingqiu.

"H-How did you know?" asks Keqing. "I have an intuition for these sorts of things. I was fortunate enough to have Chongyun love me back, but I'm so sorry it isn't that way for you and Ganyu," replies Xingqiu. "Keqing, it's okay to feel emotions like these, you know? Ganyu and Beidou won't be together for long, and even if they were, I'm sure you'll be able to move on... someday," reassures Chongyun. "Thank you for your support, it genuinely helped. Though I'm not giving up on Ganyu just yet," whispers Keqing, quickly wiping her cheeks and eyes dry.

The qilin returns, skipping to the table as she collects her things and waves at Keqing to join her as they head to their next class.

-------------------------------------

Keqing, Ganyu, Xingqiu and Chongyun join Xiangling, who's racing around the kitchen managing tons of pots and pans. "Ling, do you need some help or something?" asks Chongyun, panicking. "Nah, I'm good! You guys can chill, give me 15 minutes and I'll have some stuff ready!" she exclaims, giggling. Out of nowhere, pops Gouba's face, as it scurries around as Xiangling shouts for different ingredients and bringing them back.

A crackling sound is heard as her classmates watch her deftly cutting a Crab and chopping it into small pieces. She tosses all the ingredients into a strange leafy bag and gently places them into a pot, before pouring a broth in, and throwing in Jueyun Chilis and some extra vegetables.

A couple minutes later, Gouba walks over to the stove and panics, Xiangling immediately coming over, sensing her pet's emotion as she lifts off the lid on a pot, steam immediately rushing out as she takes a ladle and scoops out 6 bag shaped items.

"Jade Parcels!" she exclaims, marveling at how they turned out. Her friends sniff appreciatively. Their teacher, Mr Yanxiao, walks into the room and is impressed by the smell. "Xiangling, whatever have you cooked up today? It smells absolutely divine!" he exclaims, walking over.

"These are my spin on Jade Parcels. Chicken and Ham mixed together with a dash of Crab for crunch and flavour. Of course, I made a vegeterian version as always," she says, smug. "Wow, they look amazing. May I try one?" he asks. "Sure!" giggles Xiangling, scooping a Parcel and placing it on a plate before handing it to her teacher. He takes a bite and is left in shock. "Archons' sake, Xiangling, this was incredible. Especially that aromatic broth with the Jueyun Chilis, that really helped bump up the flavor. I loved getting bites of the Crab too, the meat was super tender. All in all, another spectacular dish!" he exclaims.

"Thank you!" chuckles Xiangling, handing each of her friends a Parcel each, and the vegeterian version for Ganyu. They all express similar emotion on how good the food was, except for Chongyun, whose mouth was burning due to the abundance of Jueyun Chili. "Told ya, Chongyun! Not holding back on the spices!" reprimands Xiangling, before chuckling as she notices the boy racing to get a drink of water.

Finally, Xiangling has a bite of her own food. "Huuu, this is pretty good, but I think a touch of Snapdragon would've been good too," she remarks, noting it down. "Never good enough, huh, Ling?" chortles Xingqiu. "Food can always be made better, and it's my job to perfect my recipes!" replies Xiangling.
