Chapter 4

Naruto's POV:

"Hey, it's you guys." I replied to the girls, "Thanks for the presents the other day. Order whatever you want, it's my treat as thanks for the presents." I told the girls and they smiled.

"Thank you so much!" The girls replied happily.

I looked back at Hinata who stood in the cold shyly. "Hinata, you can order whatever you want too." 

I wanted to make her feel included as well but the girls kept calling me over, "Over here, Senpai!

Let's eat together!" The girl pulled my arm and I chuckled nervously.

"Hinata...?" Sakura asked worriedly, "What's wrong?" 

I looked back at her and she looked uncomfortable and she excused herself, "I'm sorry. Actually, I'm quite full."

"Hinata!" Sakura pleaded. She sighed and looked at me, "Walk her home."

I was confused, "Walk Hinata home? Why?"

"Well... You can't let a young girl walk home alone at night." She replied.

"Order ready!" The old man shouted.

"Coming!" 

"Hinata's really strong, no one in the village would dare mess with her." I boasted proudly.

Hinata can take care of herself and she is respected a lot by people for her efforts in the war. I wouldn't mind walking her home but these girls are waiting on me and everyone else here too so it would-

"Hinata!" Sakura yelled as Hinata hurried away clenching a little bag in her arms.

I felt my stomach turn as she disappeared from view but I wanted to go after her so badly and make her feel welcomed.

"Oh, you're such an idiot!" Sakura sneered at me and ran after Hinata.

"Why are you calling me an idiot?" I was so confused but the girls kept pulling my leg and I started getting annoyed.

"Senpai, the gyoza are ready."

"Let's eat!" I said half-heartedly. I felt like a jerk but I didn't know what I did wrong. 

Did I upset Hinata? Is she mad at me? Ugh, my head and heartache! Weird.

Hinata's POV:

"He can be so dense." Sakura groaned, "You were going to give him the scarf weren't you?" 

"Yeah," I replied sadly because I got too overwhelmed. 

"You can do it, Hinata. Be confident!" Sakura pushed me to be bolder and I realized in that moment, I will do it tonight!

Sai's POV: 

I watched over the moon and saw something coming towards me 

"Who's there?" I jumped up and saw that the invaders had, "Hanabi-chan?"

I took my scrolls out and commanded, "Super Beast Scroll!"

I've always gazed at you from afar.

But from now on, I want to always, always stand by your side.

So I knitted this with all my heart...

"Naruto-kun..." I started.
