Ok so I've decided that the person who plays is Harlow is Alex Dorame. I don't know if you guys know who she is but she's in a YouTube collab channel with a bunch of other people and I like her videos and she kinda fits the character of Harlow so yeah.

I've also changed Codi's name again. New name is Harlow. I think Codi was just a bit boring maybe? I don't know. But I'm happy with the new name. (:
