There was one kid that caught my eye. He had black flippy hair with green in the ends, a worn out superman shirt and some black skinny jeans. He also had some red converse to match. He was really quite tall as well, almost taller than Reed! There was also a girl there, she looked about a year or two older than me or red converse guy. I've decided that's what I'm going to all him for now. The girl had amazing blue-green hair that cascaded down her back.
The kids walked over to the lounge room and over to me and Reed.
"Hi! I'm Envy and this is Josh!" she said.
"Hey, i'm Harlow and this is Reed." I said pointing to Reed.
"That's a really nice name" Josh said. I blushed and said thanks. In all honesty, Josh was rather cute. Just everything about him was cute.

A couple hours later into the night Envy and Reed have really hit it off, they'd be so cute together! I got to know Josh a bit better, and he's a really cool guy. He goes to the school I'm starting at on monday, Mountain Heights High School. (I'm not sure if thats a real school name, It's a bullshit one i came up with.)
He's my age, but a couple of months older. He's born in July and im born in October.
All the adults where outside on the deck, so Reed, Envy, Josh and I went downstairs to the basement, It's full of arcade games and video games and stuff, It's really cool! We played Xbox for a while until Envy suggested that we play truth or dare. We all agreed and sat in a small circle on the floor.
"I'll go first," Reed said.
"Josh, truth or dare?"
Josh said dare, because Envy called him a chicken for choosing truth first, and apparently he can't handle being called chicken.

"I dare you to run upstairs and confess your love for blood on the dance floor to our semi-drunk parents." Reed said, smirking. In a matter of five seconds, Josh was running up the stairs with a sour look on his face. I don't blame him, that band is fucking weird. This is going to be hilarious.
