Tommy had woken up in the middle of the night. Tommy held his head groaning and taking in his surroundings. "What the fuck?" Tommy said. Where's their prisoner? Tommy went to get up but instantly had to change legs. His left leg felt like it was burning. Tommy sat back down. The last thing he remembered was running then chasing someone. He chased them all the way off of the cliff. He fucking remembered seeing that guy running then falling off the cliff.... the guy, he blew up! The fucker blew like into a firework! "Tubs wake up!" Tubbo tried pushing Tommy away but Tommy being Tommy grabbed Tubbo's shoulder and shook him wildly. "Tubs!" Tubbo opened his eyes then hugged his friend. "Why did you run off a cliff?!" Tommy hugged his friend. "Wasn't my dumbass choice my feet kept moving."
Tubbo seemed to gather something, "Where's Ranboo?"

"I was hoping you knew." Tommy tried to get up again but Tubbo put a hand on him. "Stay here I'll go look." Tommy watched as his friend went off into the woods. I'm not going to let that guy get away and I doubt he'll be coming back. Tommy went closer to the woods and found him a long thick stick. Tommy went around the woods looking for th- this is going to be hard. The guy is a black slenderman, how am I going to find him. It's not like I'll just find him near a fallen tree, shinning in the moonlight....how the fuck did he know. Ahead of him in white moonlight was Ranboo his eyes purple while sitting on a fallen tree reading- no writing in a book. Tommy didn't know why but this scene, which normally would've been peaceful and romantic, was like a horror movie with the monster writing done its plans looking innocent to draw in it's prey.

Tommy tried to quietly move his way to Ranboo but his stick gave him away. Ranboo looked up at him making a weird sound that kind of sounded like a language. "⌿⏃⏁⊑⟒⏁⟟☊ ⋔⍜⍀⏁⏃⌰."
"What?" The black creature that was once known as Ranboo seemed to scoff at him as if Tommy proved something. Tommy looked at the book, "What are you doing drawing shit or writing shit?" Ranboo looked at him with disgust. "⏁⍀⏃⌇⊑ ⊑⎍⋔⏃⋏." Tommy was started to get annoyed. Tommy walked closer to him the creatures tail rised as if telling Tommy to go no further. Tommy could feel something in his gut say not to but Tommy took two more steps to the body of Ranboo. The creature glared at him and he also had purple tears fall from his eyes. Tommy looked Ranboo in the eyes Tommy felt a chill in his bones and felt like he'd done something forbidden. Ranboo's jaw acted as if it wasn't there as his head rised and he screamed-no more like screeched. Ranboo disappeared with his book in hand. Tommy didn't realize until his hand was griping the stick tighter but he was shaking. He heard twigs snapping but Tommy didn't dare look only hopping that the creature hadn't come back. Tommy's right side felt a arm come pass and grip his other side of his shirt. "What happened what was that nosie?" His friends voice seemed to echo but that was all he heard before everything went black.

Tommy opened his eyes and was greeted by Tubbo and the bright sun. "You need to stop getting knocked out because you're heavy." Tommy caught something in the edge of his vision and turned to see the creature he'd shared eye contact with. Seeming to feel his gaze the creature turned to him. Ranboo it was Ranboo. "When did he get back?" Tubbo followed his gaze to Ranboo. "Oh this morning after the sun came up." Ranboo got up, "We should head back on the main path now, there's another town five miles following it where we can grab some food and water and maybe rest for an hour." Tubbo looked at him as if asking of he's up to it. Tommy noded, "Plus I'm starving." Tommy got up with Tubbo's help. It's dumb that I need his help but I'm still glad for him. Happy that I have him as my friend. Ranboo started walking and Tubbo, after handing Tommy his stick, followed with Tommy.

They walked out of the woods back to the main path. They walked for 3 hours before Tommy sat down Tubbo noticed and went to him, "Hey Ranboo I think I need a break." Ranboo looked back at them first on Tommy who's on the ground then Tubbo. Ranboo looked at the sun then noded. He's a good friend Tubbo is. I didn't even need to say anything and he knows. Tommy looked at the tall prince. Should he tell Tubbo or would that break him? The prince turned to look at him and Tommy turned his head away. Those eyes...that monster was terrifying. An apple is thrown into his lap. "You should keep on your feet and to do that you need energy." Tommy gave him a grin but he still felt afraid. "If you'd stop running away I would have energy to spare." Ranboo seemed to look confused before moving.
