Chapter 8: Spy

Ji A's POV:
"Why can't you all just be normal?!" I shouted then something went past me I looked at Jae-Rin who's aura is so scary

"The moment you died and Yeon wanted you reincarnated your Fate has already been decided" Jae-Rin answered while giving me a deadly glare "Is it my fault that we fell in love in our past lives and still are deeply in love now? There's nothing wrong with falling in love right?" I asked her, I really can't understand this, falling in love isn't a crime that Yeon and I need to avoid.

"Why is it impossible for Yeon and I to be together? At first it's only the imoogi that's blocking us but now it's all of you?" I continued, it feels as if we're never allowed to love each other to the point where every creatures like them are hindering us, it's too unfair.

"He's a fox you're a human, hearing that makes everything clear already, and it's his responsibility to help us since he's a nine-tailed fox" Jae-Rin answered while I felt her aura change to pity "Why? Isn't it your problem? Why must Yeon help you? Even though he's still a nine-tailed fox it doesn't mean he needs to be involved in any of you every single time" I answered her but she somehow managed to sigh

"How did you-" Shinju wanted to ask but I cut him off "The moment we first met after him being reincarnated something felt off and I confirmed that he's still a nine-tailed fox but is it really that hard to live a normal life with Yeon? Away from all these missions?" I asked trying to hold back by tears

"He used to hold a very important role before he met you in your past life but he sacrificed all those for you who still can't even understand what I just said, poor fox" Jae-Rin said crossing her arms and rested on her left hip while tilting her held left and right with a little pout, acting like she pitties Yeon.

"How did you confirm it Miss Ji A?" Shinju asked "One night he thought I was asleep so he tried to sneak out of the house with his umbrella I followed him and saw that he was looking at an old man who was throwing something in the houses then that's when I caught him using his sword" I answered while looking down, I heard Jisung scoffed and said "Yuri wasn't joking when she said Ji A would know" while playing with his hands "He IS that bad" Felix said agreeing to what Jisung said.

"I told you so" I heard Yuri whispered to them, I was curious on why my friends weren't talking and when I turned back I saw them frozen like statues then that's when it hit me, t-that weird thing that went pass me was her power? Wait, she... she froze my friends! "Ya! What did you do to them?!" I shouted at Jae-Rin who was smiling then her smile turned into a sarcastic look while raising both of her eyebrows and said "Surprise" with her usual emotionless voice while the rest of them are trying to hold their laughs.

In the Ceiling*

Hongjoon POV:
I'm such a cool spy to the point where I have to hide in the ceiling, what a life, but I must admit Jae-Rin is getting better at being savage clearly she got that from us, wait what am I even saying shush Hongjoon she's an enemy now.... she, THE enemy? Not us?.... "Why can't you all just be normal?!" The human said, 1.. 2.. 3 I counted then Woosh*, and there goes my chance of hearing their fight nice job human, "still powerful as ever dongsae" I said while smirking but then I quickly realized what I just said, cut it out already Hongjoon!

Jae-Rin still gets mad very easily but yeah it's the human's fault for shouting at her, anyways I took my phone and called San "Take me out of-" he cut me off and said "What do you mean take you out? The plan is You're staying there until they leave the building" the audacity of this b- no not that word were not saying that, that's bad...

inhales deeply* exhales* 

"She used her power the human pissed her off... and I think she sensed us" I said then I heard him gasp in shock "Ok I'll open the cover leave immediately then well use both our powers to sneak pass Changbin, but about the sensed thing do you really think she sensed us?" he asked "Okay HYUNG!!
I don't know HYUNG but judging as how she completely blocked the room HYUNG I'm guessing it's because of that HYUNG" I answered as I emphasized the word hyung on every statement

"Aish! This is not part of the... Oh wait- hehe sorry HYUNG hehe I'll be fast so that you can leave that place already.... if only I was with Peniel hyung then I wouldn't have gotten into this mess" he said, I think he thought he already ended the call, congratulations you little mother- no that that word too

"What did you just-" he cut me off again as I was about to steam off some anger, you'll really get my famous nagging you idiot, he gasped in horror and quickly said "what did I say something hyung? Hehe I'll leave my post now hyung byee~" this time he successfully ended the call, him talking to me that way makes me think about what made him forget about who's older between us.

San's POV:
I excused  myself to one of the security seniors and went to the bathroom then used my special ability to shapeshift myself into the head of security's body, all foxes can shapeshift but in my case I can shapeshift a lot of foxes and even people all at once and whoever I shapeshift them into they can have the same power and voice as them, pretty special huh?

That's why hongjoon hyung and I are always together during missions because he's special power is he can clone himself with a lot of clones and he can let every single one of it do what he likes to, while I then use my power to shapeshift the clones into a body I want to.

I directly went to the storage room to open up the cover of the ceiling to free Hoongjoon hyung, I'm gonna get that famous nagging of his again, this damn phone why didn't it end the call. I felt hyung getting near so I quickly opened the cover then he jumped beside me.

We were both shocked when someone knocked on the door "Hello? Sir I've finished checking all the new guards but one is missing, specifically the strange one" a man said he sounds like the head's assistant, shoot he must've saw me come in here "Look for him" I quickly answered "Yes Sir, but what are you doing there? Aren't you supposed to be in the-" he wanted to asked but I cut him off saying "It's none of your business, I was asked to take something from here do you understand?! Now if you're asked to do something you do it without any other questions!" I shouted we felt him startled and backed off a little, he answerex me with a strong "Yes Sir" then we felt him leave I giggled afterward because that weird guard he was talking about was hongjoon hyung and I just saved him from getting caught, I hope he won't nag me anymore.

I shapeshifted back to my body and I looked at hyung with my please don't nag me look and gave him my cutest puppy eyes while my hands are in a prayer position "Your not yet free from your problems, you still have some explaining to do" Hongjoon hyung said while looking at me with his mad face, as I expected it won't work at him but surprisingly it works at my other hyungs.

Hyung knocked me back to my senses telling me to focus and he then made a clone of himself then told me to shapeshift it looking like the head security he let it leave the room first then I shapeshifted ourselves to look like ordinary office workers and we left the storage room.

We went pass the room hyung was spying from but we both froze as we saw the other nine-tailed fox Lee Yeon along with Changbin, Oh no we're doomed, we both looked down to avoid eye contact from Changbin but we heard that nine-tailed fox Yeon ask Changbin "Why don't they have drinks?" Then we heard him answer "Maybe they finished it already, remember we ordered everyone's favorite"

Now they're giving out free drinks? We quickly ran away but to our surprise they opened the door of the room where Jae-Rin and the rest are and in and Woosh* her powers passed us and our disguise got washed off because of the strength of it making us look at them, they are also looking at us in with a surprise look.
