Chapter 10: Problem Fox

Yeon's POV:
We just arrived at Granny's place but Chan and the others are more quiet than usual as we entered the living room they hurriedly stood behind Jae-Rin who is sitting in the single seater sofa with her legs crossed then I looked at Granny who's at her desk while  Eui-ong is sitting on a chair beside her, this is going to be a very serious talk.

"Not to shatter your hopes but Granny has something else to discuss" Jae-Rin said while looking at Granny as if she's telling her she's not interested, she has an attitude just like Rang's only problem is she's more of in the quiet side while Rang is in the chaotic side.

"There's a fox that's causing a commotion in the city" Granny started "And how is that our concern Granny?" Jae-Rin asked in an annoyed tone, there goes Rang's attitude, wait...why am I comparing her to Rang?

"Because I need your help in finding that fox, it's strong" Granny answered "Is there any other fox that's stronger than me?" Jae-Rin answered "No bu-" Granny wanted to answer but Jae-Rin cut her off saying "Then problem solved" while smiling she has attitude, but it's the first time I've ever seen her smile genuinely.

"As I was saying" Granny said while giving Jae-Rin a 'you can't stop me' look "This fox is not the cause of the problem, but is making another problem, this fox uses his or her power openly against people in any alley he or she fights with" Granny said, then all of us except blacky looked at Jae-Rin but she only gave us a 'why are you looking at me like that' look.

"You're the only one that's strong enough to block Granny's powers" I said "If a fox evolves and has blocking of powers or illusion as a special power then I think other foxes can block granny too" Blacky said and looked at me innocently, huh he's wiser than us.

"A child is smarter than all of you" Jae-Rin said while snobing at us and crossed her arms "You look prettier when you smile" I said out of nowhere, I looked at Chan and he just uttered 'wrong move' then all of them backed out then I looked at Jae-Rin whose eyes are already fixed at me but when our eyes met her eyes suddenly changed to a color purple, it looks so beautiful but the room felt very dangerous Jae-Rin's aura suddenly felt scarier and for the first time I'm afraid of someone other than the Imoogi.

What wrong did I say? I Just said she looked prettier, which means she's pretty even before.

"What's wrong with what Yeon said?" Ji A said while looking at Jae-Rin's eyes, then the next thing I saw was Ji A flying across the room I wanted to move but I'm stuck, great thing Seungmin caught her with a bubble, I looked back at Jae-Rin and I know what Ji A said made her even more mad than when I called her pretty, she's coming closer to me and I can't use my powers nor can I move, uh guys help...

Ji A's POV:
"Ya! Help him!" I tried to shout but my voice can't be any louder than a whisper Chan's using his power on me again "If you didn't talk none of this would have happened" Lee Known said while giving me a deadly glare "Well if she'd just accept a compliment than flip every time someone talks to her, she wouldn't be a problem!" I answered back

"If you just didn't have the same attitude as her then both of you wouldn't be a problem!" Chan answered while still looking at Jae-Rin who's slowly walking towards Yeon, "FYI we don't have the same attitude, she's way worse than me, and I'm not even that bad" I said then I wanted to walk towards Yeon but IN grabbed my hand and told me not make things worse

"Jae-Rin-ah please just calm down" Granny said trying to make this girl calm down then she used some kind of levitating power and choked Yeon "YAH!!! PUT YEON DOWN!" I shouted then Chan held me back and used his body control to prevent me from shouting

"Please help Yeon" I pleaded to Chan as tears rolled down my cheek. "Master?" We heard a little voice coming near Yuri, it's blacky, and he looks schocked and at the same time afraid of what he is seeing, then we heard a huge blow and saw Yeon dropped to the floor while holding his neck then Jae-Rin stormed off the room and went upstairs.

I quickly ran to Yeon to check if he's okay after what Jae-Rin did to him and he just nodded yes.

"Has she ever done that to you guys?" Yuri asked in disbelief "Nope, she never got mad at us like that, but we did saw her do that one time... when she killed the Imoogi" Chan answered "That's how powerful she is, even Mr. Lee she easily dropped without even touching him" Shinju said while checking Yeon who is still holding his neck

"Has she ever been like this?" I asked "Human you've pissed her off alot of times and you still ask that?" Jisung angrily asked "I just want to understand her" I said as I looked down.

"She's never been like this" IN started "She completely changed since the incident" Changbin continued "She was a loving, sweet, and kind girl who always wore her smile, she never frowned in front of people and most importantly she never used her powers to hurt someone nor kill anyone" Chan continued "She was the type of girl who you would want to always be with, she's the best bonding mate" Felix added

"Master Minhyuk said the things Yeon said, 'Pretty' 'Beautiful when you smile' and 'cute' we also called her those and she just flashes her smile, since Master Minhyuk died she doesn't allow anyone to call her that and it hurts because our once lively dongsae turned to an emotionless fox" Minho said,

"What really happened to your other Master?" Yuri asked "He sacrificed himself to save Jae-Rin" Jisung said "And why does she act this way?" I asked "Can't you understand? She's clearly blaming herself because Master Minhyuk died in fron of us, all of us, and before Imoogi died in the hands of Jae-Rin he blurted about why Master sacrificed himself and said it's all because of her" Seungmin replied, then all of us silenced for a bit then "But why would she act this way? Shouldn't she make most out of life since she's still alive?" Shinju asked while hugging the terrified blacky.
