Chapter 37

We arrived at mine and peters house as it was 7 and peter would be home by now.

I pulled out my phone and saw 16 messages and 9 phone calls from peter. He probably wondered where I went.

"Ready" Hali asked

"Yeah" I said stepping out the car

I got Brooklyn out the car and grabbed the present the nurse gave her.

"Do you want me to come in or...?" Hali asked

"I don't mind really you can if you want but don't have to" I told her

"No I think I should be getting back now." She said

"Okay byee and thank you so much for everything"i thanked her whilst giving her a hug

"Your welcome I'm here whenever you need me. Now be good little one" she said giving Brooke a hug

"Byee" I said

"Byee" Brooke said

"See you later girls" Hali said getting into her car

"So do you want to surprise peter?" I asked her

"YEs" she cheered obviously excited

"Okay I said wait here and I'll get peter" I told her

"Okay" she smiled at me

I walked into the house to see peter pacing around with his phone to his ear.

"Hey" I said

"Oh my gosh I'm so glad your okay what happened where were you?" He asked worried

"Well I got kidnapped by my uncle Matthew" I told him watching his eyes widen

"Are you okay" he asked searching my arms and face

"Yes I'm fine and I have an amazing surprise" I tole him

I turned around walking towards the door when I felt peter hold my arm

"What" I asked

"I'm so glad your back" he hugged me

"Me too now I have a surprise"

"Nothing could be better than this" he said smiling down at me

"Oh I think it could" I told him watching his confused face.

We got to the front door and be was so confused

"Open the door"i said

He opened the door and it made my heart melt seeing his face so happy at seeing the little girl who meant the world

"Wha... How ...when.???" He said lost for words

"Hii" Brooklyn smiled at his and hugged his legs

"She never died it was someone else" I told him

"I missed you so much little one" peter said picking Brooke up and hugging her tight scared of letting her go.

"I missed you too" Brooke said holding onto his hair

"I can't believe this. Everything just perfect right now" he said a tear rolling down his face.

"I know"i said as I wiped away his tear with my thumb

"So" I said taking Brooke from peter "wanna get some food" I asked already knowing the answer

"Yessss" she cheered

"Okay. Find the kitchen then." I said putting her down and her little legs move as she ran to the kitchen.

"I can't believe this. It's so amazing" peter said
